This Workout is another fun and super sweaty Cardio x HIIT Session, which involves our total body while including some Boxing Style Cardio moves. ❤️
We will be powering 30 sec on 🔥 and resting 15 sec (we will need it) in between.
Make sure to make this Workout as intense as it can be for you.

Hey I did the whole workout without any breaks but I'm out of breath and so proud of myself and believe me, you can too. She was even a beginner at some point just think about it, these little steps will one day will make you reach heights but don't forget show up everyday, you're unstoppable!

I do some kettlebell exercises, too, but it's still pretty tough for me, and so HIIT is also tough for me at my current level. Hoping I can incorporate it more into my regimen soon!
