This Workout is another fun and super sweaty Cardio x HIIT Session, which involves our total body while not going down on the floor this time. ❤️
We will do 30 sec of an active rest of your choice after each exercise.🤗

I always go back to this one on days I have lower energy, cause then I can decide if I want to use the full 30s rest or for some exercises I do it 45s and 15s rest. It really is what YOU make it!! ❤❤

I loved this workout - the ones with active rest appeal to me more now that I've been given a heart rate monitor and I'm trying to get 150 "active" minutes a week. It really inspires me to keep active - and not sit down! - in the rests, and to keep pushing to keep my heart rate up. The exercises were good, 30 seconds felt just right, and the time went quickly in this way. 😅 Thank you! ❤😊

Last scheduled workout for July 2023 and it's perfect! I barely paused and didn't even notice the time because this was so upbeat and fun! Thank you for all the variation of exercises and continuously keeping us on our toes. had to cutout some of the jumps because of my knees but added some resistance bands to compensate, this was super sweaty but super awesome!!!!!!!! You are AWESOME!!
