    Wow, in the 1.5 months that I have been doing your monthly workouts, I am already a lot more flexible than when I only trained with the TRX and another strength program. 🥳 YES I did it to stand after the back roll, first a yoga squat and then with each roll further up until I was finally standing. No more other programs for me, Wow Kathrin, you train very well for the body, very varied, something everyone should do, even bodybuilders, just to stay flexible. I turn 55 on Friday, so I'm going into my old age smoothly, well 🤭 I still feel young.

    Wow! Mega workout! Ich habe alle Combis geliebt und war mal wieder begeistert, dass dir immer neue Moves einfallen! Wie gemein sind bitte Mini flying Stars 😅😅😅
    Und meine Feststellung heute: seitdem ich mit eurer App und YT trainiere heißt es bei 40% des Videos nicht mehr „oh mein Gott erst 40%“ sondern „hey schon 40% - weiter powern!“ Danke für dieses mega Gefühl ❤
