Best review of the XM3 right now...
Amazing headphones!
Thank you for your comparison video. Definitely helps me with making my mind up.
You dont know untill you try man. Never rely on this
I'd be interested in seeing a comparison between the these two headphones's sound quality when both are ran through a Sonarworks 4 EQ profile.
Hey, I’m sorry if I didn’t catch it but did you ever mention the sound quality difference between the 1000xm2 vs 1000xm3?
And have you heard the Sony hear.on 2?
IMO they were better sounding than the 1000xm2.
Nice, I'm considering both, this video helps:)
I couldn't find anywhere in your Jabra Elite 65T video about latency when watching videos. Is there any? I'd like to buy some soon as they're on sale but want to use them for CZcams playback.
I purchased WH-1000xm3. this headphone is Gorgeous!
Thank you for including a timeline. Every youtuber should do this by default.
i guess it is kind of randomly asking but do anybody know a good website to watch new tv shows online ?
@Larry Jaxon i would suggest FlixZone. Just search on google for it =)
@Warren Jimmy Definitely, I've been using FlixZone for months myself =)
@Warren Jimmy Thank you, signed up and it seems like a nice service :D I really appreciate it!
@Larry Jaxon You are welcome :D
What's the current situation regarding the build quality and the Hinge problems?. Anyone had these for a few weeks/months willing to give us heads up on how the build quality is holding up.
Do either sound better wired compared to wireless? I'm thinking of using one with my Audioengine D1 DAC but i want to know if they'll sound as good as a pair of dedicated wired headphones (currently have Sony MDR-1AM2)
The wired sound quality comparison? With headsets wired and turned on/off? Obviously not designed to be used passive but would be good to know which one that sounds best
What are the differences between bluetooth 4.1 and 4.2 for headphones?
Nice review! May i suggest using a popfilter on your mic, and centering it when you talk into it? This whole review was left channel only.
Yea I was recording on the left side of my Note 9 which has stereo mics.
Excellent and thank you. I had thought Sony was it, but my wife and I often watch movies on iPad, so Bose will allow another connection? Sounds like I need those. Appreciated.
Your channel name says 'Gaming Audiophile', where's the gaming aspect?
Hey. Great video. What's noise blees like on both headphones. Don't want to annoy people near me with my music haha
Which headphones go louder? I’ve heard Bose volume output isn’t loud???
Nice review!
I returned the QCII in exchange for the WH-1000Xm3's and I gotta say it was one of the the best decisions I've ever made. The noise cancellation is better and the earcups are more comfortable compared to the QCIIs.
YuukitheMighty1
You still think that after 3 months?
Great review. I own both headphones and I am loving the 1000Xm3. I love the way I can change the EQ on the Sony headphones vs the Bose.
I've managed to get great charging speeds on the Sony from my portable power bank that has a 2A out. Really useful for when you are flying or in an airport and need to top up. Works well off the on aircraft chargers too but for a slower top up.
Wish they make an exercise/sport headphone with same quality as these 2
Hello. You said almost at the end that there are other headphones that best them (the Sony and Bose), can you let me know which headphones you are referring to? Thanks and thanks for the video too! Very informative. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
In terms of sound, the Nuraphones and PX.
Is the Sony audio only or it can be used for 📱 calls as well?
Very good review. I have the Sony and am very happy with it. An even better-sounding headphone is the Sony MDR-1AM2 which lists at about $300, but it is wired and has no noise cancelling. I use both Sony headphones with my Sony NW-WM1A Walkman with great results. Basically I use the wired headphone at home and the wireless one when I go out.
Does the Noise Cancelling feature of the WH-1000MX 3 work when using audio cable or works only when we listen to music via bluetooth connection?
Baixiulan works with audio cable too
I was wondering if you could answer if these headphones would be good for movies or games? If not, what can you recommend? Love your stuff man, thanks!
Vagrant Odyssey Yes, they would be good for movies and for games only with a wired connection.
Awesome, Thanks for the reply, man. Also, why only wired? Is it that much of a drop?
And how does it compare to things like the Sennheiser HD660s or HD58x Jubilee? sorry, i just find the information about open ear headphones to closed quite confusing, haha
@@vagrantodyssey4736 Wired results in no latency which is crucial for gaming. I haven't really listened to these wired much to comment further on the sound. Will do soon and report back.
Does anc bose qc35 ii have a headache ? And does anc work when using wire (2.5 3.5) ?
Great review! Was just wondering the difference in call quality between the two? Thanks
Both are comparable now.
I’ve got to give you props for spending time talking about the sound characteristics. So many youtubers regurgitate the same feature list but don’t talk about the damn audio quality. Sound is subjective however I believe the Bose without a doubt is superior in the sound department over the Sony. Like you said upper freq response is in lacking. They are both excellent sounding but the Bose sound is a bit more complete and sophisticated. The Sony’s sound just like any good headset but nothing to make them special. I will say o found the Sony’s a tad more comfortable with the Bose just a notch below. Sound is most important to me and I feel like I got a much more enjoyable experience with the Bose.
Noo
Nah not really. Most reviewers picked the sony’s sound quality over Bose’s so i sont know what u on about? I know its hard to know u spend 300 bucks on the wrong headset
For me the Sony's sound great but only if you EQ them. And you can't EQ them on a wired connection so this completely ruins inflight entertainment. Very big dealbreaker for me - I returned them.
If sound quality is your concern, then these two are not the best out there. Go for the audio-technica headphones.
FYI, I got the Bose after returning the Sony and I 100% agree they sound better
Which should I get .. I want the best for my iPhone tbh
Did you test the headphones with an Android Phone (using the LDAC codec) AND an iPhone (using the AAC codecs)? If you tested the headphones with both, then could you hear an audible difference in quality between them?
I have the sony wh1000xm2 and i have tried the aptx codec (better than aac) and the ldac .
The ldac is truely make the headphones sound amazing .
Huge diffrences.
Both fantastic companies. My grandson has the Sony’s, I have the Bose. I prefer buttons vs. swiping. I also believe the Bose are more comfortable. I did notice the Sony’s are louder. Everything is a give and take. Would really be happy with either one. 😀
Does the MX3 have the underwater effect when not playing any music like the Bose?
They all do, but not as bad. It's very nice and you should get used to it in the first few hours of it.
So if I turn on the ANC and listen to white noise on the Sonys, will this significantly muffle or mute loud human speech? I bought some Peltor earmuffs that mute out EVERYTHING and muffles out human speech but they're very uncomfortable especially with earbuds underneath. The ear muffs cost me 35$, I don't know if the $350 of the sony is worth the price if they won't mute if not muffle human speech if I were to turn on the ANC and even listen to white noise to add to the cancellation. What do you guys think? Is it worth the money?
In the Sony App there is a setting where you can check to give priority to voice. So you can be in a noisy room and block all sounds but still hear if someone talks to you... you can also disable this feature so that you completely block all sounds, including voices.
hi ,can you make comparison with Sennheiser pxc 550?
they both causing air pressure around my ears and make me feel dizzy with lot of discomfort , i returned them and i got a pair of sennheiser PXC 550 much better and confortable noise cancellation , it doesnt caus me any kind of air pressure
The Gaming Audiophile If you had to choose one which would be your choice Sony 1000xm3 or Bose qc35ii?
The Bose because the sound is more neutral and balanced which suits my listening preferences more.
Great vid!
How about call quality? Which ones better?
Bose.
@@TheGamingAudiophile how much is it better?=)
@@PoiskSboev Well both are useable in most environments but the Bose does a better job of cancelling out background noise that can interfere with your audio.
But Bose call quality is pretty terrible. The mics pick up so much background noise that the other person hears practically everything in a noisy place. Thou it makes sense as the mics are designed to pick up background noise.
Are the blue and green lights on the XM3 as bright and flashy as the ones on the XM2?
Yes.
Just wondering if you talk about audio latency in your Jabra Elite 65t video? (czcams.com/video/vdIKG6zciQU/video.html). I don't have time to watch the full video and I might pick up a pair tomorrow as they're on sale but need to know about any lip sync delay
very warm and very inviting lol
You mentioned something about being limited to SBC codec on the Bose if you are using older versions of android, so what about Android 8.0 or more resent versions? Does then Bose offere any codec other than SBC?
Nima If you’re on Android version 8 or higher, you can use the AAC Bluetooth codec which is actually superior to AptX. iOS devices use AAC.
@@TheGamingAudiophile Thanks for the information, then that might explain why some have latency problem with the Bose when they are watching video while other don't. Maybe this latency issue is worse with SBC than AAC? BTW did you experience such delay in audio with Bose?
I have both and I agree on most of what you're saying although I feel the Sony looks too bulky because those earcups do stick out, and the Bose looks more slick because they stick out less. But the constant connecting/disconnecting of the Sony's is so damn annoying! With the Bose, you just connect to your phone and to your laptop and whichever you start a sound on sends to your Bose headphone. With the Sony you have to go through a lot of fumbling with settings and turning bluetooth on/off on your laptop or connect again in the mobile app just to hear the sound. If you do get it connected it does sound a lot better because of the EQ-settings and the ANC is amazing, but it is not lightyears better than the Bose, especially if you have music on. Also those touch-controls on the Sony's take some getting used to and often don't work so well. The Sony app has a lot of features and the EQ presets are fun to play with. If you're looking for a comparison, try them out both in a store and see which you like most before you purchase one over the other. Both sound great.
Two questions; 1. You mention that the Sony is “troublesome” to set up with more than one device; does that mean it is more difficult but still possible? I want to be able to have my phone and my iPad connected at the same time. 2. Is the poor call quality a hardware issue or something that Sony can correct with a software update? (I apologize if these are ignorant questions - I have never owned a headset before.)
The troublesome part is that it's possible but not consistent. You will most likely have to disconnect the headphone from the current source and then reconnect to get multi pairing out of them. The call quality seems to be hardware related as the microphone array system isn't as good as the Bose.
Both are good, i have both, but returned Bose because Bluetooth stopped working so now waiting for return this week . i like xm3 to..
Two questions. What kind of microphone are you using? And how's the noise cancellation on the Sony's while on with no audio?
Video is recorded and edited entirely in my Note 9. Noise cancelling with Sony with no audio playback is superb. You'll still hear sounds faintly but is drastically reduced.
TheGamingAudiophile awesome, thanks.
Hey for samsung users, do you combine concert mode of the samsung sound settings and the Sony's surround sound modes with the EQs? I have tried and it's amazing but you need to really know what your doing.
explain
Jacob Cárdenas As I said you need a samasung device idk about other phones but in the sound settings in more options you have a concert mode that adds more reverb to your music. You can then go in the Sony app and adjust the surround modes: Outdoor stage, club, are a, concert and the EQ settings to get almost any kind of experience you want. You get 3 custom eq options and several other preset ones. If you're used to customizing sound on the Sony customizing becomes second nature and you know exactly what goes together to get the most out of your music. If you don't do it often you may not get what you want as you have to really play around with it
@@zanemiracle6121 I'll check them out and hopefully I get the sweet spot. Thanks!
Jacob Cárdenas Sure thing. There's just a lot of options but I managed to get my 3 favorite ones. One of my favorite for vice music is. 400 on 7. 1k on 4. 2.5 k (mids) on zero. 6.3k on 4. 16k on 7 on outdoor stage from Sony app with concert mode from Samsung's sound options. Listening to such songs as Drake's Gylachester was a trip.
Of course that is just one of MY sound preferences
Nice
I just picked up a pair of m3's yesterday.... HAve you noticed dropouts when using them with a laptop? Im experiencing lag as well as drop outs. Please help... I was not expecting these issues with a $3550 pair of headphones.
Do you use aptx?
Got mine on Tuesday and have been mostly using them with my laptop this whole week. No drop outs or lag for me. So far very happy with them
Can someone answer , does it hurt your ears ? The active noise cancellation and long term use
Only thing that hurts is the ear pad and wear on the m4. I cant wear them for more than an hour with my ears feeling hot and uncomfy. Buy bose most comfy headphones good design and style. Sound is what you need unless your crazy about sound which no one needs to be unless your a dj
Does it matter the noise cancelation, the volume, the audio quality, etc, if the comfort is not good?
People should pay for comfort and style. Sound is very generic for the price of these headphones. Unless youre a dj you dont need too much comfort
I appreciate the good and bad of both especially in the sound. It’s oblivious that you prefer the Sony throughout the video but you do spend time explaining the good and the bad of both. I have tried both in Best Buy , synced them up with my phone and agree that the Sony’s are nice and light, the noise cancellation is better and the cups are comfortable. The Sony’s do have a better low end kick which I like. I couldn’t get used to the gestures on the Sony within the 30 mins I spent there but I’m sure with time I could. I have an iPhone 6s + and both worked well with it. I can use the EQ setting in the phone to adjust how each headphone sounds so I can bring out whatever frequencies I want. I’m not an audiophile but I know what sounds good to me; both sound good with the Sony’s giving me more bass.
The Bose has two important advantages for me that the Sony’s don’t:
1) Durability - the previous Sony model has problems with parts breaking. Lots of threads on it. Only time will tell if this has been fixed. I don’t want to spend $380 (tax added) on headphones to have them break in 4-12 months. The Bose are extremely durable for daily use and hold up for many year.
2) I travel on planes with my wife often and Bose will let me link our two headphones together so that we can both watch a movie or listen to music on my iPad/iPhone together and both hear the audio in our separate headphones ... it works fantastic.
I’m sticking with Bose but had to seriously consider Sony.
Great points. If you have a Samsung phone such as the S8 or later you could use dual bluetooth which allows any two bluetooth speakers or headphones to work simultaneously from the phone.
I work in an electronics store. Neither pairs particularly come back with manufacturers issues. However, and this may change due to the new Sony lower quality than previous cable, but people come in occasionally for the Bose cable, and the Bose ear can pads, they disintegrate, yours will disintegrate eventually.
Robert Phillips
Wow I didn’t know you can hook up two headphones to the iPad where they play the same audio simultaneously.
May I ask how do you do it?
h1a8 ; it’s done through the Bose App. There is an icon in the app, two headphones. Start the music/movie on one for the headphones, tap on the icon and then select the other pair of headphones to share with. I know that it works with the QC30 and QC 35 II. Works great!
Seriously, not being able to link 2 headphones together is a deal breaker for me, Sony has virtually improved everything, but small thing like this can put their efforts in vain.
How do the Sony’s compare to the b&o h9i when it comes to sound quality?
darriusholt this is what I want to know!
H9i sound quality is not very good with ANC turned on.
I have the XM2, if you say the build quality is better on the XM3 than on the Bose, they must've done a lot to change that, I also have the Bose so I can tell in terms of build quality, the XM2 do seem cheaper than the Bose.
But anyway, is the call quality the same as the XM2?
Is the ANC even better than on the XM2?
Do they sound better than the XM2?
In the end, would you recommend an upgrade?
Francisco Braga just check out ANY other video.. And yes, it is better in every aspect
@@Gruntyi but there's already a comparison between the XM2 and XM3?
can you replace the sonys ear pads? cuz they look like 5 pounds ear pads on 300pounds headphones which annoys me as hell, that would seal the deal!
Yes, but it's not easy.
Which headphones are the best for the IPhone Xs Max? Sony 1000XM3 or Bose Quiet Comfort 2 🤔
InsaneClown Posse Depends on your needs.
@@TheGamingAudiophile You said Sony 1000XM3 are the headphones to have right?
The Sony is insane! I thought the Bose was top until I tried the Sony
Yea but they are ugly and uncomphy. Just buy audio technica. They are much better price/sound/comfort/quality
@@Stargazer221 Noise Cancelling sucks on the Audio Technicas
What about the pressure feeling when anc is on. How do both compare?
sunny unni For me, I don’t notice it on both.
@@TheGamingAudiophile hey thanks for the speedy response. I had it on the bose and have deterred buying it just for that. Don't have a chance to test the Sony here in India.
I love the Sony‘s there’s some of the best headsets around I typically buy all the XM fours love it great cell
can you compare the sony's to the bowers & wilkins?
That's coming right up!
Is it true that when the Sonys are idle for some time (e.g. wearing them only for the ANC - without any music playing) they shut off? Sony says that this is a feature but for me is a deal breaker.
Nicholas Ampazis The Xm3 gives the ability within the app to set how long you want them to last. Or not turn off at all.
TheGamingAudiophile That's great then! Thanks a lot.
XM2 would shut off after 5 minutes of innacticity.. with the XM3 you can adjust it or disable it so that they stay On till you shut them down.
Having watched and read a lot of reviews it seems the Bose are better if you take a lot of calls and wear them for more than six hours or need to have more than one device connected. The Sony have better sound quality and noise cancellation. As I tend to use them at home and for only a few hours at a time I chose the Sony and I absolutely love them. I had the Bose a few years ago and wasn’t keen on the sound plus for some reason the noise cancellation seemed to make my tinnitus worse.
Some have mentioned an ever so slight, but still annoying humming sound to the Sony's when not playing music with ANC on. You didn't notice that TheGamingAudiophile?
No, it's very faint if audible at all.
Prostě Kuba dose the 950n1 sound quality and bass sound good? And are they pretty comfortable?
I have the Sony and dont hear any hum or hiss from the headphone.
@@robertnoblitt518 Same here.
Thanks
I just returned my SONYs. One thing nobody tells you is how absolutely frustrating it is when every time you want to adjust your headset or touch it by accident you skip a song or pause, or change the volume. Touch controls sound great in theory but reality is merciless. Touch is much slower, takes much more effort to get it right and if you don't, it either does not register or does the wrong thing. The design is gorgeous to look at and fits great around the skull, but those ear-cups are covered in a soft, velvety material that will not survive any contact with your zipper. Not even a plastic one, if any pressure is applied. Final straw: you could just connect to one device at a time. If you almost never use anything but your smartphone, this might be less of an issue, but if you don't, having to switch headphones every time you switch devices gets old real fast. (If you're the kind of person, who has it in them to reconnect the same bluetooth headset to different devices several times a day, more power to you, but we have nothing in common.)
User error and blame headphones. Low iq bose user
I'm watching this video with the 1000xm3
Oops@@ArthurRosaTV
Which are bigger/bulkier? I've got a small head so I'm worried about the fit. Also I've heard that Bose is shit when it comes to repairs and warranty
James Green The Sony’s are bigger. Bose looks sleeker on the head.
@@TheGamingAudiophile cheers
Do the XM3s creak as much as the XM2s?
A little less.
Get the sony wh-1000xm3 or wait for the qc 45 ?
harikrishna tbh if you do that, then once enough reviews come out for the qc45’s, then it will be “get qc45 or wait for Sony 1000xm4?”
I am waiting for the qc45. I dont like the looks of the m3
Wait lol. Then you have a comparison between both brands most recent variant.
The reason why I haven't dropped my bose qc35 ii for the Sonys is because the comparisons against the Bose is unfair. You have a recent ass, updated pair against a model that's been out a year or so
*note* when I mean unfair I don't mean like it's bullshit I just mean it's kinda fucking obvious the Sonys win because of how superior the specs are
@Ezugo Obuekwe yeah they would cx if someone is looking at pure specs the xm2s have a majority victory and the xm3s have an overall victory spec wise.
The only time id ever truly put these 2 brands up against each other is if both companies released a new pair in the same year.
For example the XM3s and QC 45s (not real but you get the idea)

If Bose don't release the QC45 this year, they're done
Very true, the ANC of the sony's is just far superior.

Zé Miguel Get the mark 3s from Sony. The sound quality is on par with some of the best wired headphones I've heard. Not to mention the app and features that the Sony have.
@@The1andonlyBYack wired headphones in the same price range are simply way better than both the sony or bose. However, the 3s are best in their category st this moment of time.
I just hope they don't increase the weight of the headphones. Comfort is still extremely important.
If you could answer my question itd be much appreciated:
Does the eq control for the sony app apply a custom eq without having to have the app open when listening to music? Thanks!
Yes.
What about SQ through Audio jack?
It's superior that way if the source is high quality.

The Bose qc35ii noise-canceling is much better and does not give u a headache like the Bose qc35i does. As for the mic I work in a noisy semi truck. I bought the Sony's but the callers could hear all the background noise and could barely hear me. Then I bought the bose it was like night and day the bose mic did not pick up any background noise and my voice was clear to the callers.

@@TheGamingAudiophile Cheers man. Audeze Mobius is very promising as well. In fact I am now in dount between these three! 😋
Which one do you like more, Sony m3 or Bower's&Wilkins PX?
The PX sounds better but loses greatly in comfort and ANC.
Sonys overall.
I have both right now and Id have to say I prefer using the Bose. The Bluetooth connectivity on the Bose is superior, they can connect to two devices at the same time. Sony can connect to only one and even then I have often have trouble with their connection. The physical buttons on the Bose are much easier to use than the touch control on the Sony. The Bose feel like a higher quality construction but don't look as nice. The Sonys have a better low end but otherwise they both sound very good, but certainly not audiophile quality. Due to the better comfort, better build quality and especially the Bluetooth the Bose win, for my use at least. Based on other reviews I was expecting the Sonys to be much better but no and I'm disappointed in them. They'll be going back to the store.
Bose qc35ii has wide soundstage, balanced and distinct in instrument. I have heared sound i have never heared before of my favorite songs. Sony has a deep muffled sound...
Bose for comfort and travel for me.
Do you have trouble with the touch control
Kevin Castro No, it’s pretty reliable.
TheGamingAudiophile should I get a warranty plan for 2 years for them?
Only if you touch it...lol j/k
Just be aware Bose messed up the noise cancellation on the QC35II with firmware updates. Many users complained it was good out of the box, but after updating their firmware it was noticeably reduced. Do your research into this issue before buying the Bose. I'm going with the Sony.
czcams.com/video/tqNhEzrWQpY/video.html
Watching this on my Bose QC 35ii
Is the sound quality really flat???like every reviewer says....have u compared it with xm3's sound??how long have u been using qc35?
Having had the Sony for a week now I'm very usure whether I should have opted for the Bose instead. I can't see the controls of the Sony is superior. They seem the same but Sony has a swype pad instead of old fashioned buttons. The truth is it may seem nice on paper but it's an annoyance to use in the long run - high quality buttons are better and you don't push them by accident as you can do on a touch sensitive pad. Sony has the option to temporarily let in outside noise by holding you hand on the swype pad. Again it may seem like a nice feature on paper but the reality is that it's a much less hassle just to lift an ear cup - and much faster too. Sony has one advantage over Bose and that is LDAP (and most say it has aptX too) - Bose you'll need LDAP and preferably also aptX!! Whether the Bose got equalizer controls I'm unsure of - the Sony got it.
Aside the swype pad which I'm not an ultimate fan of but I can live with it - one thing annoys me on the Sony and that is the year is now 2018 and it's a hassle to switch the headphones from one device to the other - which was fine 10 years ago! On the Bose you can have them paired to just about all your devices (probably up to 8) and then easily briefly press the bluetooth button to cycle it to next device it is paired to without having to go through pairing again. Sure mobile phones have NFC which helps but not very common on tablets and none existent on larger computers. I really hope Sony comes up with a new firmware allowing you to have them paired to multiple devices and easily cycle between them like the Bose!!!!
Last thing is the way they folds. Very awkward and the opposite way of what you expect so it's not intuitive to put them in transport case. All other headphones including Bose folds the expected way.
Small and insignificant factors. Just the fact that we are literally buying them for noise cancelling, and the sony performing much better, they should be no reason to get the Bose.
You just want a reason to buy Bose. Flip the other way are you fucking kidding me?! Go buy your outdated Bose
Fix the mic boi, you keep breathing in the mic. Just an FYI. Keep up with the vids!
From my testing, 1000xm3 has more treble clarity and better detail retrieval than its predecessor. QC35 were too grainy sounding in the treble region but I do agree that they’re probably closer to neutral than the 1000xm3. My pick in this comparison is also the 1000xm3. But brother, you gotta try Mobius.
I'll check those out!
Did Sony sponsor you?
Pn
The qc35 sucks mainly due to when it's on Bluetooth, it's got like a 1 to 2 sec sound delays. Had to return it due to that.
mx3 is only on BT
I had the Sony’s they are to bulky switched to the Bose and i love them
@Logic picky because he can afford to buy whatever he likes???
Bose fan detected. Sony bulky srs?
i own both now. the bose has a better balanced sound. not perfect, but closer to perfect than the sonys
Love the Bose. I live in Alaska and Sony does not work in cold weather.
I thought you said the bose sound was better on your other video
Yes, for sound quality balance. Not overall.
TheGamingAudiophile ok, do you have to have the Sony app to use the headphones for 1000mx3?
Tie on comfort is not fare to the boses. Btw I am a sony xm3 owner!
Mister Sean so the Sony xm3 isn’t comfortable ...how about the clamping force and ears heating up issues
I have both and I prefer the qc35 for build quality and comfort. The Sony kinda hurt my ears after a while...
Same here. I have the 1000x and QC25. I can wear QC25 like 4-5 hours on plane but had to take the 1000x off after like 45mins to an hour. I wonder if WH-1000xm3 is now much more comfortable. :/
@@BlackJacketWasp The XM3's ear cups have much more room for your ears compared to it's predecessors. I have no issues with them when it comes to comfort.
What about the sound tho.
MONERISplayzTM just bought them can’t lie there nice they sound crisp and clear but also still gives you that bass that your looking for
@@logannaslund1057 yeah I bought the Sony's about 2 weeks ago. I returned them for a couple of reasons
1. They get really hot after 15 minutes of use. It was really annoying
2. Sound quality was OK in my opinion. I was expecting more highs. They also don't give as much details as I wanted. The bass was decent tho.
3. The touch control fucks me up so much tbh. It's a cool idea but i didn't need it anyways.
Returned them and bought the bose soundlink 2. Yeah they don't have ANC but the sound stage was much more detailed and balanced compared to the Sony's. And the comfort was also much better
