Sorry, re-edit of my original video to make it a little bit clearer. Thanks for your patience!
¿Cuáles son los síntomas de este sensor de posición? Cuando falla
Thank you for the video,, did you change the camshaft sensor also.?
Replaced the camshaft sensor nor the crank.
Thank you so much for this video! What error codes or signs did you have to replace the sensor?
It's been a long time and I don't remember the codes but the engine would just stall and I would reposition the wiring harness and it would start back again so I knew it had to be in there
@@eby6114 do you have a diagram by any chance for camshaft sensor? Because i tested 1,2,3 injectors but can’t find a electrical diagram for camshaft
What year is that sprinter.?
2007
Mine is 2012 but the sensor is on the same place as your thanks God
So where did you end up making the spliçe?
It was the cam sensor line
@@eby6114 I have 16 as a resistance for the cam and mass air flow sensor wires (yel-br)
@@frontlinemedia4270 unfortunately it's a problem like this. Diesel engine vibrates. Wires in suspectable location. Wire breaks. We test the wire seems good because it's in a touching position but while driving wires become disconnected reconnected. I temporarily solved my no run issue blllt relocating the harness which put pressure on the broken wire reconnecting through tension...sort of like rotating a battery terminal post to get a car started until you get somewhere you can fix it.
I have a video discussing the problem, the relocating with zip ties etc.
It's actually a common problem and they'd normally "just" replace the wiring harness
@@eby6114 I pulled on everything and really couldn't get it to change. I had around 16 ohms on that wire. Vehicle drains the battery if sits. Also another mechanic said that wire was the power supply, but it can't be. I don’t have a wire diagram for it yet. I will have to find your other video
@@frontlinemedia4270 ok so there's one more video you might check out. Not sure it's related but the main power fuse. I can't remember if it's going to the starter or battery. Anyway located under the truck is the main fuse that seems to go bad with corrosion. I replaced mine with an aftermarket fuse.
