Was living with my boyfriend in a smallish town where I was working. He was always leaning over the side of the bed doing stuff with his phone. No biggie I thought, he's addicted to facebook. Til the single girl I worked with told me he was on all the dating sites, photo and all. Had a look at his phone. Yup. He said "It's just in case you ever leave". Self fulfilling prophesy that one was.

I love the women who come together. I started dating a guy who had a girlfriend. To clarify I didn't know he had a girlfriend. She blamed me and harassed me for months. Calling me nonstop, texting me, even going so far as to find out where I worked and showing up to call me a whore and a home wrecker in front of my coworkers and clients. I was mortified. She is still with him and I'm positive he still cheats.
This kind of thing makes no sense to me, and just goes to show how genuinely stupid some people can be. You had no idea, he obviously knew HE was dating someone. So who should she blame? Obviously the one who had no idea and who didn't agree to be party to that kind of behavior. Absolutely mind blowing in how idiotic it is.
I'm sure you know but you can absolutely get a restraining order for that kind of behavior, though fingers crossed that you never have to deal with it again.

I was with my ex husband for 33 years, married to him for 23 of those years. One time he planned a vacation without telling me or our kids that he was taking vacation, he then bought a new car so that he could drive over 1000 miles back to his home state to cheat with one of his high school classmates. I caught him because he was using my Ipad to FB message back & forth with her. He was in such a rush to get there, that he left his FB open & I saw everything between them. When I messaged her telling her he was lying to her (he said we were separated and divorce had begun), she blocked him. (even though she knew he was married & she had a serious boyfriend). My THEN husband blamed me for "Ruining HIS Life because she wouldn't talk to him!"

Ran into a bachelor party while celebrating my friends birthday. I was definitely checking one of the guys out when another guy from the group came over and started chatting us up. He informed us that it was a bachelor party and we asked the general questions. He then told us they were playing a game with one of the groomsmen. This particular groomsmen was the only one in the group who wasn't in a relationship. I can't remember if they were collecting phone numbers or kisses for him but we passed on that. Lol.
Anyway, when the others saw we were cool and social they all came over and chatted for a bit before heading back on the road. The guy I was interested in I quickly backed off of though. He wasn't aware that his friend already disclosed that they were all in relationships except the one. I could tell he wanted to hang back and say something else but I just waved him goodbye. I'm not trying to be part of a bachelor party storyline. 🤪

Yes, yes, and yes. I hate drama. On the plus side, my lack of drama saved me from a manipulative jerk (I kept not rising to his bait, though I didn't recognize it as bait at first since I don't get jealous, so he discarded me pretty quickly.....his attempts to lure me into making his next mark jealous also didn't work) and a coward (cheated with the excuse that "I wasn't there" and then, I think, hoped that I would blow up so I could be labeled as a crazy ex....I forgave them and quietly continued on with life, which seemed to confuse them so much in their short-lived fling). Yay to no drama!

My ex cheated on me after 11 years of being together, 6 years married and we have a kid. Well a month after our divorce was finalized, all of her crap hit the fan. Her grandma's house was going into foreclosure, she was supposed to be making payments. All of her legal fees became due to the sum total of $7,500, the lawyer got her pay docked till the amount is settled. He is charging her interest. Plus her and man are constantly fighting. At least once a week she gets kicked out of his house.
I now own her grandma's house. I bought it from her uncle who just wanted to get rid of it. See this is why you should be nice to our in-laws.
My partner of 16 years cheated on a friend's bachelor holiday, with a teenager. The worst thing is I had booked the accomodation for the group, a really lovely place and was flying out the day the other guys went home to travel somewhere else for a couple's holiday.

Cheating is never ok for guys or girls but honestly people who do loyalty tests or cheat should just break up period.
You say just leave but what if they are living together, work together or have kids? Should be sure about it before needing to search for a new job or house.. Not saying they aren't toxic.
I find loyalty tests to be so.. gross. Theres something so awful about them and it gives me vile vibes. Like... the severe lack of trust at that point. Like I can always understand a semblance of doubt or paranoia because maybe that person has been cheated on before, but I know that if I found out someone did a loyalty test on me and I “passed” I’d friggin leave. It just feels so wrong.
I would be upset if my partner did that to me but if in the end it created more trust, I wouldn't mind. This is more a younger generation thing, however there were times I think it could have been beneficial to test my loyalty, I always had to defend myself to guys I dated, all of them were extremely insecure because my best friends were guys, even when I moved to a different state, my two closest friends were my guy roommates. I've always been faithful but constantly had to explain and defend myself, if one of them could have checked up on me , I think it would have saved us from a ton of fights and may have saved a relationship
The gaslighting kills me! Caught my ex talking to multiple girls including one that was underage who was his friends little sister. Screenshots of ass pictures a girl he used to go to hs with, that apparently became an instagram model. Yet it was my fault for going through his phone, when he's the one that went through mine several times before I ever went checking on him. Then would get mad about not finding shit on my phone because I had nothing to hide and assumed I must be deleting shit. Looking back that whole 6 months we were together was a lie.😅😂

I've been going to the gym regularly for the past 25+ yrs. Hundreds of times I've seen 2 cars pull up to the gym and they both get in a single car and drive away, both dressed for the gym with gym bags and all. There's a lot of cheating going on disguised as "going to the gym"💪

For the girl who was emailed her long distance boyfriend’s date profile, I’m going to say no on it being someone using his pictures as the phrase “I need you to tell me you love me” really stands out. This feels like an attempt to distract from the situation be reinforcing the emotional connection, essentially trying to use emotional blackmail to distract and redirect. She needs to ditch him
The scene at the 8:57 mark reminded me of a moment with my ex wife. I had already moved out and was filing the paper work for a divorce. The whole time she kept saying she did not want to get divorced, that she just needed some time alone to get her head right, and that during that time I needed to change some things about myself.
I was staying with friends that lived about 20 miles down the highway. I went to the house to spend the weekend with my kids, have 2 daughters. I stayed in an extra bedroom. SHe had been seeing this guy she worked with but kept insisting she did nothing wrong and all they ever did was talk, yeah, she expected me to believe that. My first night at the house the kids were in bed and she was at work. I stepped out to have a smoke. I see the headlights of a car stop at the end of the block. This caused some concern as the car vehicle was stopped in front of a bike shop that had suffered 2 smash and grabs in the night losing several thousand dollars worth of bikes. I knew the folks who owned the shop and hoped, if this vehicle was setting up to do it again, I could maybe save them from being robbed, or at least get some info on the thieves.
I walked across the street, and down towards the corner. As the car came in view I recognized it as the boyfriend's car. They were in the front seat in a clinch going at it pretty heavily. I stopped under a street light and watched them for about 2 minutes and they had o clue I was there. So I pulled out the Zippo and it another cigarette. I think the flash of the lighter caught their attention. There was some shuffling around as they got their clothes back in order. I just pointed a finger at her, and was laughing as I walked back towards the house.
I hear a car door slam, he would not even drive her around the corner to the house. She comes stomping up the street screaming at me, "What the hell are you doing sneaking around spying on me?!"
Talk about trying to turn the table! I was laughing again as I pointed out the fact they were hiding around the corner "just talking", and then made a lame joke about how they obviously do not understand what is meant by reading lips.

So, when I was 22 (all my horror stories start with that), there was this guy at the bar ever single Saturday night. Finally after a few months I took him home. Well, I had a friend asking me "I thought you weren't looking for a guy??" so I answered that I'm not and I was so confused and asked why she was wondering. "I saw your boobs on a dating app" (she said the name of the app but I am not saying it here) I went WHAT! Show me screenshots!! And she did. I recognized the photos as some I have sent years ago to a boyfriend I had back then. The Profile was super flirty and those pics was not ment for "public use". So many questions ran through my head. Was this my ex making a profile? I thought he was straight male so why was he looking for guys if that was the case? Who else had access to those photos? and so on. But at the same time... a tiny part of me went, oh, so you are using photos of ME to get men and expect it to work? Anyway, I asked my friend to interact with the profile to see what would happen and also to try and figure out if this was my ex or not. It got super flirty really fast and the person in the profile said "she" wasn't into other girls but always been curious to try and maybe if they took it slow... After about a month or so they set up a date. I was soooo curious and so was my friend and we both at this point expected my ex who I had sent the photos to at the date. We live kind of far apart but she had me on a facetime call so I could tag along, listen and see. Any guesses who it was?
There was a girl on the date! She apologized for not looking like the photos but she didn't think anyone would come if they saw her. That broke my heart but also .. what the.. Turns out she had been his girlfriend sometime after he and I had broke up. She dropped her phone from the balcony and it broke and he let her have his old one WITHOUT DELETING ANY OF THE PHOTOS IN IT!! She was showing us all kinds of hilarious stuff that day that he had saved. Also a lot of not so fun things like the girl he cheated on me with. Loads of photos of her. So I asked why she had picked me and she said because I looked kinder. . :D :D Good thing personality doesn't show in photos XD XD XD

Not necessarily, I only have female cousins, and we're all real close. Prior to them all having kids, we would text very frequently. Also, men and women can be just friends. Several of my closest friends in life are females, and we are not remotely sexually attracted to one another.
The real issue is, if you don't trust your partner, you're never going to trust them. Just end the relationship instead of dragging it out for however long. Most people are scared of being lonely though, so they hold on to whatever terrible relationship they're in.

"Since the first person cheated, the relationship has become no longer mutually exclusive, so ... technically the second person can't actually cheat, because the rules of exclusivity no longer apply" ... you know what I mean? so, I feel like person #2 isn't actually capable of doing anything wrong, the relationship status has already changed, with or without their knowledge, so they are either broken up already, or are now in an "Open Relationship" either way, they kind of have freedom to do as they please.

Before we started dating my husband went to a bachelor party where they ended up in a strip club and the stripper tried to solicit him. He declined but the bachelor decided to make use of the services. He still got married a week later. My husband decided not to have a bachelor party and he is no longer friends with the guys. In summary bachelor parties...not good

It's the lack of self-control that make bachelor(ette) parties bad, imo. If you can't control yourself during one you have no business getting married.
The Bachelor Party isn't the problem...it's the 'man' you chose to marry. Do better. Choose better. Raise your standards. I've been happily unmarried for 16 years to the same person. He's a 6'4 ex lumberjack who looks like he belongs in the coliseum as a Gladiator. He's been to a few Bachelor parties and follows a strict rule of look, don't touch. It blows his friends minds. He's been to a strip club 4 times in 16 years. Twice for friends, twice for business meetings. We're very open with our communication and him going to these places has actually strengthened our trust and line of communication...not to mention making for a wicked sexy time in the bedroom. 😏

I think y'all are missing the point of a bachelor's party lol. It's the groom's last chance to stick it to another broad before legally committing to a woman.
If you need a loyalty test to feel secure you're either incredibly insecure ,you've got a guilty conscience or you're in the wrong relationship. Whichever one it is....get it together
Sometimes you need a little push to finish that wrong relationship… and those loyalty test may do just that
What if they live together or have kids? Sure toxic relationship suck but in these cases you lose so much like your home so these tests have their place. You can't just leave in many cases. Like if you rent a flat and can't get out within three months or so.
To me, loyalty tests are also a breach of trust and just feel so wrong and gross to me. Like I’m happy for them if that person was a cheater and they were able to suss it out and leave, but if they weren’t and are happy that their partner “passed” the test, I’d want that partner to leave. Hell if I was that partner I’d leave. It just feels so wrong. If the suspicion is there, go about it in different ways. People can be suspicious, they may have had bad experiences or paranoia about it themselves and that’s valid, but to be that extreme is alarming.
@@terra_the_nightingale135 I was thinking the same... good that it exposes and delivers the truth to some people who desperately needed it, but I can't help but think how I'd feel if my imaginary bf did this test on me. I'd pass of course, because I have way better things to do in my life than be that desperate for validation and sex at 27 years old and especially way better things to think about than something as low and disgusting as cheating and betraying someone close to me. My point is, if my imaginary bf did a test on me, it would deeply hurt me as I would feel like he doesn't know me at all, like he doesn't even see me. It would ruin everything and I couldn't stay with him after that for sure.
If you have to do a loyalty test, there's already a trust issue... Not a good sign

I cheated once & only once in my life. The guy I was with was a chronic alcoholic, he disrespected me @ any given time, he was a big fish in a lil pond being the lead singer in a punk band & when I tried breaking up with him 4 different times he would just say too me "Yeah, that's not going to happen." If someone cheats on you don’t give them a second chance as you’re giving them permission to do it again and the trust can't possibly be there again. The worse of it is it’s always the innocent party who's hurt, like the girl on Christmas Day or the one making a TikTok. The latter one lost a boyfriend and friend at the same time.

Loyalty tests are also called sh*t tests. As a woman I used to think it was normal because all the other girls talk about ways of testing their men. It wasn’t until I dated someone that didn’t play games, was respectful and direct, that someone finally told me that playing those games is very manipulative. But that doesn't make the breach of trust okay; whether you know polyamory is an option or not at the time, breaking the agreement you made with your partner behind their back is not okay. Discussion beforehand is great - cheating is not.
My son is an only child and as a mom I was friends with other women, some of who also had only children. One was coincidentally pregnant at the same time as me and they grew up together as we got together at least once a week, often more. The other only children happened to be girls but he considered them more as siblings and even as adults they were friends and attended each other’s weddings. One can have platonic relationships of the opposite sex without it ever leading to anything else.
