- If you have watched the original first 3 videos this is the update you have been waiting for. But it might not be the end. We went to target my 5 year old and I. She tried to trade me. As a parent to a 5 year old who is being influenced by school age children I didn't realize just how hard my job would be. Needless to say y'all tell me if you think the trade was far.

Kindergarten teacher here! Oh lord. You would not believe how often I see kids trade or even straight up give away stuff. "Hey, why does Jared have your watch? He gave it to you? Michael did you give Jared your watch? You did...okay...so did you mean for just a little bit or like...FOREVER? Forever? So Jared is going to take your (brand new birthday) watch home today and you will never see it again, that's what that means." And Michael is just like "Yup he's my friend!" At which point I'm like "Okay I get it, but I don't think your mom would be okay with this, so lets just have you keep your own watch for now." Money is the worst because they have no idea the value of anything: "Jared gave me $20 for my bubble gum!" *So* many questions! Jared you're 5 why do have $20?! Does your mom know you have $20? (side story, had a little girl bring in her mom's *rent money* one day, got a frantic phone call).
