I'm going to say it again, so I don't have to say it again. WHY have a doorbell camera when you're going to continue opening the door for people you are not expecting at youe door, like you have a regular doorbell? This is no longer Mayberry RFD where everyone is your neighbor. She should have let the man answer the camera in the first place.
I don't know why people open the door. I always check to see who's on the other side. I don't open the door. I spray my neighbors' weeds just out of the kindness of my heart.I don't go over and demand that they pay me for doing their weeds. That's nice of the guy to shovel the sidewalks, but to demand payment when the couple didn't even that he had done it, was nuts.

She remembers him doing they snow, so why didn't they pay him, they were avoiding paying in the beginning that's why they didn't answer the door when he did it in the winter.
