thanks for your time and effort, makes me feel a little more comfortable with my recent purchase. Having had a Toyota Land cruiser for 29 years and now germane tech, such a difference.
You might feel even more comfortable to know this transmission was also used in the 2016 Land Cruiser, code name AE80F 🙂

very useful vid. i have a 12 panamera 970 diesel with 120K km on it. gonna do tge change myself not to scrooge but to know its been done correct foe sure. Workshops.often cheat... and porsche is too expensive. I usw tge iCarsoft POR V3 for the degrees, its a cgeap and good console
Very well explained thank you for sharing your experience, my 2011 vw Touareg tdi has 184500 miles , runs and shifts as it should , but I’d like to change transmission fluid and filter , some ppl and couple dealers have told me not to do it since maybe was never done before and by putting new fluid on transmission it may cause more problem and transmission may slip , so some say no , some say yes , what’s ur recommendation it’s ok if I change the fluid or I should leave it thanks again

I've got a touareg 3.0 won't engage gear as showing up on vagcom gearbox oil low. Do you think because oil is low that's why gears won't engage

1 Where does the air go out during the refill process? Or is there pressure building up which releases when you screw the adapter out?
2 do you just shift D,R,N with foot on the brake or do you release the brake, so the tires spin?

This is for the oC8 gearbox, which is generally 2011-2015. Yours will have a newer gearbox. It will be a similar process, but it would be worth searching out a guide specific for your model and gearbox as this will be a little different. Hope that helps :-)
