Homelander has literally everything a character should have; a good design, an absurdly talented actor, a terrifying presence, a charismatic personality, a tragic and fitting backstory, and overall amazingly written development
Terrifying presences doesn't apply to all characters, only villians. A character's presence generally should be influential and invoke a feeling, whether that feeling is relief, anger or fear, depending on what kind of character they are.
Sometimes I don't think Antony Starr's acting 🤣
