Never understood the plane dilemma, he already pushes off air. It’s literally the ability to create leverage and push off of anything, including obviously air.

I know everyone else in the comments is making jokes, but to be honest for a second there were several moments throughout The Boys where I found myself relating to Homelander. Obviously it wasn't scenes like Homelander laser beaming a plane and making it crash, but scenes where Homelander was just talking, the way he would talk, what he would say, even how he thought sometimes, it got pretty relatable to me. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing but he's my favorite character from the show so I'll let it be a good thing.
(Also the second most relatable character for me, or the character tied for first, is definitely Hughie, that boy oozes being a constant mood)
