- If Homelander Was Charged For His Crimes In The Boys (2019) & Gen V (2023)
PATREON ► / cinemacop
Homelander is the leader of The Seven, the strongest Supe in the world and with the face of a movie star and the powers of a god, Homelander is considered the greatest superhero alive. Had he been arrested after the events of Gen V (2023), these are the criminal charges he would have faced.
Our exploration extends beyond fiction as we draw parallels to real-world scenarios. We examine cases of real-life criminals and their prosecutions, drawing on legal expertise to examine the likelihood of Homelander’s criminal activities leading to actual charges.
Please note that the video you are about to watch is entirely fictional and is produced solely for the purpose of raising awareness on the consequences of committing a crime. The scenes depicted in this video are not real and do not reflect any actual events or persons. We do not condone or promote any illegal or unethical behaviour, and this video is intended to serve as a cautionary tale to deter individuals from engaging in criminal activity.
Can we really say that homelander ever killed anyone in self defence? He is basically immortal for those people, they cannot even slightly harm him. He is more than capable to disarm and handcuff all those people.
That’s a good take.never thought of it that way
@criminalvibez I know this example is slightly (a lot) exaggerated, but when 6 yo boy would me I technically should defend myself, but there is a little amount of damage for him to cause to me. Instead of going full attack on him I can, I do not know, hold him or even just go around.
For homelander everyone is like 6yo, even less.
That's actually a good point. People get harsher sentences depending on what a "reasonable person" would do in that situation and everyone/the jury/your peers vote on that. I think everyone here at the very least can agree that a "reasonable person" in his situation would have simply pushed around and disarmed them
@@leminer4049 I would go that far and say that he should not even be brutal, I mean when disarming someone he would need to use a 0,000001% of his strength. Absolutely no laser eyes, no punching, pushing, nothing. He should treat everyone as now adults treat children. You can be firm, sometimes shout but never go violent.
Because he is in no danger from anybody. Except compound V people, but this is a different story.
It was still self defense with Maeve tho
Child abuse being only 1 year and rape being only 5 is insane
minimum
You rarely can prove rape so it’s not that insane.
@@UtopiaMotleyDNA
@@anotherpromotornot when it happened a long time ago and the only evidence that’s left of it was used a bargaining chip
@@UtopiaMotley How does that connect?
Some how Walter White earned more time than a super villain 😂
anti hero
@@gentletal5101 people don’t know it’s a huge difference lol
@@WopJr yea its like a good guy using evil methods
@@gentletal5101 idk about that one. Anti hero means does bad things for the greater good. Homelander does bad things just because he can.
@@billbandoh5818 thats an anti villain. Like Madara. Starting the infinite tsukiyomi so there is no more war or death
Being legally innocent for the flight deaths is crazzzyyyy
I think if you read into it his destruction of the control panel was deliberate, and even with both pilots dead I think you would have a decent chance of having at least one person on that plane with some level of flight experience.
@@aidangattinger8975 why would his destruction of the control panel be deliberate?
@@cinemacop Having the tragedy actually play out instead of stopping it would be more likely to make people use there emotions and actually want to have supes in the military.
@@aidangattinger8975 that and homelander could've just restrained the terrorist very easily
@@cinemacop I don't think it was intentional on the part of the writers, but his lasers are shown going through people and not going through people depending on plot requirements, plus he's so powerful that no one can threaten him so he wouldn't be able to claim self defence
This is atrocious! Homelander never committed any crime! (Please help, they have my family.)
You should do one for Billy Butcher next, because even though he's the "main protagonist", he's got a lot of crimes on his own rap sheet.
“Protagonist” doesn’t mean hero. When are you people gonna learn this?
He is an anti hero
😂😂😂 dude is more an Anti-Hero this is more of a gray area in both moral and immoral actions.
hughie is the main protagonist
It would probably take a week just to go through all the charges against Homelander in a court
good luck getting him into court first
More like a month
If Deadpool was charged for his crimes
If Wolverine was charged for his crimes
@@matthewvalentine6332 That too
@@BautiMasterGamer I betcha he’s caused a lot of bar fights
How dare he take that poor guys phone...
Good luck trying to make Homelander stand for his crimes.
Just call Superman
I really love how you censored "Rape" but you didn't "Murder".
Because CZcams has very weird monetization guidelines
Because r--- is s-----
And somehow Trevor Phillips got more jail time than him is wild
If he went to prison it should be the one they use in deadpool 2
Or deadpool gets hired as young homelanders babysitter only for cable to come in trying to kill young homelander.
can't believe that he wouldn't face any legal action for his worst action ever.
I'd like to point out that Homelander threw Chalsea to the ground, because people don't pop like that from falling - there isn't nearly enough force at this height

That tal rifaat scene was actually great😂
Sum bullshit Homelander got less time than Tony Sopranos in US courts
Fresh ahh video imma invest
bro has still less crimes then rick sanchez tho
I feel like this is the most easiest way to become a lawyer
In the beginning when Homelander threw a guy on a car, he didn’t get charged with property damage
He should be charged with second-degree murder and property damage for throwing him, cuz he was very much able of doing it all more safely.
*For a Discount Superman with all Seven Deadly Sins under his belt...*
_that amount of punishment won't be enough._
By the end of the show, it's gonna be quadruple all of that
Sentence:
36 Death, 4 Life, 2616 years, $4 million fine, Registered as Sex Offender 4 times
@@markwilson4078 SO registry doesn't add up if you watch the video. It was only added once even though there was more than one crime worth of that.
I don't think he can be charged for ANYTHING on the plane, even the threat. SInce technically there are no witnesses and Maeve hadn't spoken about it in any legal discussion regarding his crimes nor do I think would she really want to given the last time we saw her.
Not the point of the video
That's a big IF
got damn i thought homelander was a good guy but when you put it like this
Do Dexter Morgan next pls
Who wins in a 1v1 - Homelander or Superman?
Homelander ? I think it kinda close but superman lowkey not really like that
Homelander's just a politically incorrect Superman
Yessirreee I love you
Superman, homelander can’t even beat Omni man or most superheroes
Superman lol
One thing, the diabolical chapter of Homelander's debut was missing, although the majority of the series is not canonical, just that one is, it would be interesting to see the conviction for exploiting the factory
Just what we needed man immm so fulllll bro I jugtt needed this
Medicine of a video broo
i will guess at least 25k years
There might be some death penalties in here
Told you
13:32 self defense, guy throw at his son outdated milk.
Is that a joke?
You should do wei shen from sleeping dogs
He’s an undercover cop, you know?
Only Lucas Hood would be able to take down homelander
no way being a menace can get you in jail LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Ah yes, the disclaimer that basically says "guys don't break the law pretty please it's not good to do"
Homelander got Hands😅😅😅😂
He's evil and hilarious at the same time
Try John kramer from saw
Please never stop making these videos
8:44 Since Homelander took part in creating these ter- I think you could argue first-degree mu-, since he planned to unalive them anyways and there should also be involuntary man- for the other guy.
+ Homelander with his powers could do it all more safely, but I said it already.
Censored cuz YT, thank you so much
Edit: Also didn't it happen in Syria? That would give him a 💀 sentence.
Next case: Jimmy Conlon
Why syrai is in the jurisdiction ??
How can you have multiple death sentences and life imprisonment?
all the charges are handled separately in the event of an appeal
if his 8/9 of his death sentences successfully got appealed for example, he would still have the one left and still have to serve that
it just streamlines the process
Freddy krueger next please ❤🙏
It would be cool to see if our gta online characters were charged for our crime but that would take a long time
😉
@@cinemacopyou should do wei shen from sleeping dogs and marcus from watch dogs 2

@@RinOtonashi I wouldn't say it's impossible and that's exactly why I said it would take a long time

A lot of people are saying he should've been giving more serious charges, but think about it: he's Homelander. His lawyers are gonna use every bullshit loophole they can find to keep his slate clean
Ok, I originally misunderstood your comment. I don't think that the video was supposed to include what lawyers could defend.
Professor from money heist next please
TBH I haven't watched The Boys or Gen V because they aren't in my country
can you do nino brown from new jack city
I'm starting to really believe Jesse when he said Walter White was the devil, his sentence is 200+ than Homelander's
Walter White had 62 episodes, Homelander like 25.
Thor from extraction
If Thomas Shelby Was Charged For His Crimes In Peaky Blinders
0:42 use of excessive force???
Yea
Wouldnt homelander taking down the plane be terrorism or domestic terrorism? Since not only was he blowing up a plane but he was doing it for a benefit since the guy in the plane knew about compound v
That's one way to advertise for your patreon :D
Homelander has the Potential to be The Most Powerful Being on the Planet ( In this Universe )

But he is "Too Human"

yes nice edit btw
Day of 4 of asking for "If Joe Goldberg were charged for his crimes"
Problem with all of that is the same problem as the ICC. If laws have no viable enforcement mechanism, they're useless. Still, props on the research, fascinating
2:56 I mean he’s strong he can fly and he’s invulnerable so he could’ve landed the plane easily if he just carried it
I don't think he could actually lift the plane due to physics, but your right in the sense that he could have at least saved some people, but chose to let them die instead.
3:02 for one you should use a normal voice or even chatgpt that sounds normal and human like in nature articulated second thing is that the people and the pilot had not been killed homelander knew he could have done something else. but didnt its confirmed that he destroyed the controls on purpose final thing is that many youtubers have confirmed he couldve saved the plane he had tons of chances these include at least finding every last parachute possible. so that even if by free fall they will have an emergency lift method holding it from near the under and or having queen mave also slow it down is another finally he intentionally neglected to save even one life due to his ego as he said the company that make super heroes all wants profit and he didnt care as they had the power and did rule it as an accident not a failure to not try.
Even if he didn't do it on purpose, he has ultra reflex and speed and could do it all more safely.
Various original villains is taking journals with this.
Various original heroes along the Boys league, is having a King of the hill style by drinking sodas and neighbor barbeque special.
They have black scenes and even censored texts, but I don't mind for CZcams's guidelines, I don't mind censorship.
Homelander is just how they seeing a standart white male
Did you have to bring that up

What is the difference between second and first murder?
First degree is planned out, while second is more in the moment.
Wouldn't Homelander's actions at Herogasm actually constitute as self-defense since Butcher, Hughie and Soldier Boy only went to the event to forcefully remove Homelander's powers and then kill him?
You can't really claim self defense if you intentionally show up to fight a guy to the death IIRC.
13:38 Fr?, that dude managed to throw AND hit the kid with it.
Yeah I think it would be technically under self-defense, but also I think Season 4 will start off, or expand on this trail.

I was confused. Did he actually rape Rebecca. Looked like she willingly went in and somewhat safely went out. Though she looked more guilty/disgusted than horrified.

For the next video, can you do Ghostface/Samantha Carpenter, or you could do Eggman from the Sonic movie franchise
Do one on The Gang from Always Sunny In Philadelphia
The Homelander, the second character on this channel to receive a death penalty since Arthur Morgan.
You counted in that Homelander has an ultra reflex and speed and a lot of "self-defense" stuff wouldn't be self-defense?
There's a line in the show at the very beginning where Hughie says "supes are like cops, they can't be charged for damages on the job" if by this logic, then homelander is seen as city protection. This means killing civilians could be argued a war crime. Especially considering how he kills/maims. Compound V to adults would also be considered human experimentation, which violates the Geneva convention.
Did you include the pilots in the second kill?
YES
2:34 he didnt have to use his lazer
