Black noir saying yes to homelanders question makes no sense to me, yeah he knew he had a father but he didnt know he was still alive until like a couple days ago at max, saying yes made homlander think he was lying this entire time when really noir just never told homeland because he never asked before.

the yes was to knowing he is his father..that he had a father . not that he is alive.
He had to say yes regardless homelander can tell if he was lying he should’ve wrote down everything like u said he only found out a few days before he was still alive
@mandelorean6243 homelander says, " Did you know I had a father out there...all this time?" black noir, thought he was dead until very recently, so him saying yes implies he knew he was still alive despite the fact that none of payback knew he was because they all thought him dead after they handed him to the Russians. So once again, him saying yes makes no logical sense to me.

Actually it's rare even regular humans can survive having part of their brain well smashed out. Rare but it happens. ...SHUDDERS!!! Also Homelander I think did more then yank his guts out, he looked to take a few moments to tear more parts inside, maybe crushed some organs for extra damage.

It's just moronic that Noir could have his skull caved in from Soldier Boy and come back (brain damaged), but Homelander punching into his stomach? Too much and a quick death.

In the comics his powers are the same as homelanders but in the comics hes not black so I don’t know

Because soldier boy bullied him physically and stopped his career from progressing, then mutualized him and gave him brain damage…. Meanwhile Homelander was actually surprisingly nice to him. There’s your answer!
