The irony of the ESTJ thinking the INTP is stupid is one of the reasons why the INTJ keeps rolling his eyes and has silent quitted his job. Keep being great, INTP - an INTJ
Thanks INTJ, stay cool 😎! And best of luck on your world domination scheme! The world could sure use new management 😈. - your resident INTP
As an estj … I have never called an intp stupid. Lazy is a different story
@@Yo-pz1em Yea, that's fair. 😂
Depends what you mean by intelligence, I'm ESTJ and INTPs aren't stupid but could be impractical. Not everyone has to be a hard worker but I don't get it when people stay at jobs they can't do or that they hate. Also I'm bad at coming up with ideas/solutions on the spot, so I get that it doesn't necessarily correlate with intelligence.
@@sarahberkner [I'm ESTJ and INTPs aren't stupid but could be impractical.]
Thank you! I'm grateful that you can acknowlege our strength. Yes we're not flawless, & should work hard to rectify our shortcomings.
[I don't get it when people stay at jobs they can't do or that they hate.]
I'm presently in this Exact situation. I'll try my best to explain...
Ideally, I'd much rather make a career out of my creative work (artist, writer, programmer), & I'm hard at work towards making this a reality. Until then however, I'm stuck at my pointless dead-end job (under an ISTJ boss 😮💨). As adults, we just have to make ends meet, regardless of whether or not our hearts are in it.
INTPs are fiercely independent & incapable of compromising our visions. Unless our employers are in tune with our creative frequencies, even 'creative' jobs under tyranical managements would threaten to break our spirits.
If INTPs were birds in cages, we would literaly slam our bodies repeatedly against the cage walls for the vain hopes of freedom. Sure it's not the smart approach, but captivity would eventually break our minds. We would lose all our beautiful feathers, & end up as a deranged & unsightly mess - the latter unfortunately being how many unhealthy xSTJs perceive us.
[I'm bad at coming up with spontaneous ideas/solutions, which doesn't always correlate with intelligence]
There's no type/individual devoid of shortcomings. The wonderful thing about humanity is our differences in strengths & capabilities, & our ability to cover for each other's blindspots.
- your nerdy, 'lazy' INTP🤓
Congratulations to ISTP for being the only xxxP type to get into one of the 2 top tiers!

As an INTJ that quit a well-paying job because I didn't believe it added value to anyone's life...I feel seen.
Respect
Same lol
Same
Same here
This sounds like something an INFP like me would do as well
As an INTJ I must admit that we can't control the movement of our eyes at all. They are either completely transparent when we are displeased, or grossly misleading. I've had multiple people ask me why I was so angry, when I was just staring into space in their direction or trying to make eye contact and feign attention to what they were saying. I've actually been told that my stare can kill 2000 elephants. Also the fact that the ESTJ publicly disclosed that they wanted to control the INTJ would probably lead to the INTJ finally quitting right after.
I would be like: "You want to play chess with me? Let's dance."
The last thing a person wants is for my angst to reach a level where it overpowers my laziness
Accurate
Bombastic side eye
Criminal offensive side eye
ISTP here this 'can't control the movement of our eyes' happens for me pretty often!
I think they were asking you why you're so angry because you are actually very angry
I mean, think about it. Are you angry? 😂
ESTJ's catchphrase is basically "There's no crying in baseball... Or anywhere, really."
Jesus loves you ❤️ please turn to him and repent before it's too late. The end times described in the Bible are already happening in the world.
In Kristin's case, it would probably be "no crying in cricket (or soccer or netball)," since she is Australian.
The moment she reached her peak of obliviousness while talking about the INFJ "crying for laughing too much" to only top it shortly after for the INTP "lack of expressing their ideas therefore not intelligent" had me laughing out loud in my chair for a bit. The fact that she kept repeating several times "not intelligent" as in to put an end to the saga of "people in the office keep telling me how this guy is smart but I just cannot see it and I have to make it clear once and for all that they are wrong about it, he is at best mediocre and let's move on", was just gold. The fact that I can materialize this "behind the scenes" scenario in my mind speaks volume on how excellent the writing is, combined with incredibly charismatic acting, it really brings things to life, and goes beyond the simple MEME just for a laugh kind of deal.
Been watching your videos for a while now and this has quickly become my fav MBTI youtube channel, you deserve more views
Yes!
As an ESTJ I confirm this line: "ENTJ, but I do not like the way they are confronting me with another way of working."
#en*j Welcome in the wonderful 'villain of the week' world. Love ya estjs, When you are far far far away from my office
8:14 As someone who is an INTP and have an ESTJ dad, he genuinely still believes I am dumb because I share no ideas and keep to myself most of the time.
Even after not studying for most things in life, getting excellent grades and being theoretically intelligent, he never believed in it as it had no practical value, resulting in him terming me as extremely stupid because of my lack of Te. So this really hit the spot.
"YoU ArE jUsT scHOOl smArT, noT sTrEet sMaRt!"
Yeah, definitely never heard it in my life.
@@INFamousJudge576I see what you did with your name there. Nice
@@INFamousJudge576 oh the agony, heard that too many times, actually I heard it 5 minutes ago haha. The pain is real
Sorry that's the case. Personally as an ESTJ that's how I felt about school for myself, that I only value learning something if it's interesting or it has practical value. I mostly just got good grades because I'm a perfectionist. But I think it's great that some people are way more intellectual than me and not everyone is going to be hardworking or good at some things.
I'd recommend being honest with your dad about it because maybe he should realize people think differently, and he'll probably be willing to admit he was wrong (eventually).
Do you care?
Now the question is... is the Tear tier really the place for the types who cry a lot... or that have made the ESTJ cry with frustration? (Secretly of course!)
probably both for me -enfp
@@Pinkywinkykinky ESTJ could put us in one group office as far as I am not allergic against the INFPs plants and you do not smoke weed at work.
ENFP, before watching: *visible discomfort*
ENFP, after watching: full-on crying
Also we can probably agree that the "emotional reasons" are that she can't bring herself to answer a job offer on time smh
Oh. I figured the emotional reasons were that accepting a better job offer would feel like betraying her current company because she's become too attached.
My ENFP husband has lost several job opportunities because of this...
@@Kai-of8dpI think it might be a combination of both, attachment to the team and company, and the knowledge that it's probably to late to take the job offer anyways
I figured a higher job would be more stressful
@@Kai-of8dpOh nooooo
I'm digging this new series, Kristin. I'm not surprising that ESTJs hold the "Employee of the Month" in high prestige, as well as playing many of the judging types near the top.
Jesus loves you ❤️ please turn to him and repent before it's too late. The end times described in the Bible are already happening in the world.
@@L17_8I think your the one causing the end times
nice touch that Employee of the Month that is recognized enough to be called by their name
I like how Kristin manages to make ESTJs not walking stereotypes who just scream, try to command others and don't care about anyone but themselves
I thought that's what she did here though
Thats not a "walking stereotype".
Yeah one of my closest friends is an ESTJ and she's also one of the most caring people I know. She could stand to be a little calmer when things don't go according to plan, but I love her lol
ESTJs are people pleasers and often funny as hell.
While she still relies on more accurate stereotypes for comedic reasons, I think she does a lot better job portraying us as not being super mean than Frank James does in his skits, even though he is funny too.
As an INTP, I would rather not be pestered for ideas in such a passive-aggressive manner 😤
I can concur
I am queen of passive aggressiveness
Awefully kind of Kristin to assume i would work for an ESTJ
One of my work friends is an Estj and I know she tries HARD NOT to judge me 😂 - Intp
And publicly calling an INTP "not intelligent" will have them plot your downfall.
As an INFJ mom of an ESTJ and ENFP I can verify this as 100% true. I laughed so hard because my ESTJ would place these rankings identically.
You know her so well.
As an INFJ I think we can agree we have a somewhat of a power to see people's emotions and absorbed it
INTJ here. Thank you ESTJ, we don't always see eye to eye (mostly because I'm side eyeing you and/or rolling my eyes at you), but I respect your respect for me. (The employee of the month schtick, not so much; but you knew that already.)
Now if you could please let me quit and go rogue I’d appreciate it! Lol
As an INTJ, the ESTJ’s impression is bang on. Long ago a close friend of mine (a fellow INTJ) made bingo cards of the things I regularly say and do, to play with our other friend. “It’s a matter of principle” was one of the spots on the first edition of bingo cards.
Kristen, could we have a skit of the mature version of each type interacting with their immature counterparts? I've been hoping for it for a while.
(Full disclosure, I'm an INTJ who's really hoping for an accurate depiction of competent personal interaction as contrasted with the closed-off, jaded version that's so often depicted. Also, yes, this is the third time asking about this.)
That sounds pretty dope ngl
The INTJ one would just be us dying from cringe 💀
YES!!!
It would counterbalance this satirical but stereotypical series well.
how did i just see this? PLEASE! it’s a must
At my current company, all employees have to start out with a 1-month internship. I got in and on the 7th workday of my internship, I did a presentation on how I would improve the quality of work and the office in front of the manager and CEO. [it's a pretty small company] The manager, ENTJ and CEO, ENFJ liked it, and so my intership ended on the 8th workday and I was put in the position of co-manager. And yes, I won employee of the month that month. Very accurate, Kristin!
- ESTJ
I think the final tier is also “tear tier”, as in “This ESTJ would like to physically tear them away from their work desk and potentially, the universe.”
HAHAHA
I love homographs!
as an ESTJ noo i wouldnt 😭😭😭(maybe with ISFPs bc they would do the same to me) i like XNFPs
As an INFJ, my hands became sweaty within first minute of this corporate judging monologue. Yeah, my hands' mental health was sweating out of laughter of course 😅
Lmao same 😭 i’m an infj
I was sure the INFJ was going to become an employee of the month after that raving review with "nothing but positive things to say", but, just as it has happened in reality so many times, she was passed up and others got the title.
@@1029blue I thought INFJ will be in "why are they still here?"
Depends if the INFJ is in hope to fix core company issues that are holding it back mode or in burnout and about to burn all the bridges in this corporate hellscape
@@askarufus7939 What do you think the ESTJ's reasoning would have been for that?
“The INTP doesn’t share, therefore she is not intelligent.”
And that’s exactly how I like them to see it. >:>
Exactly, better to be underestimated than overestimated
Someone will come up with an idea they'll use. Meanwhile I'm reaping the benefits of a great job while putting in minimal effort, saving my energy for my real passions and thought experiments. That's how I like it. Y'all can play that rat race and have fun with it! Been there, done that, and I was good at it. Trust, the best. But it ain't for me.
They can think I'm stupid; it keeps the spotlight off me. I find literally no use for that form of attention :)
I thought that was the deal too. - an INTJ
"Good morning and a warm welcome to you all" *literally has the screen freeze by her coldness*
The online MBTI communities do ESTJs dirty, I feel so bad for them. In real life, ESTJs solo in all verses. They be doing everything you contemplated all your life.

I have the same ideology about them . Although they are definitely not perfect on seeing big picture but still
- INFJ 5w4
I do see the positive sides of ESTJs, but when you get close enough to them, hell for real. My mother is an ESTJ (among other ESTJs) who almost succeeded in guiding me to end my life. A bunch of mental and physical disorders to deal with now, it’s been years, and the lifetime ahead.
@@usernowhere4292 I wish I could do something about it.
@@anonymous247n7 Yeah, I am just saying.

INTP with an ESTJ older sister who took it as her solemn duty to police and provoke me 24/7 when we were growing up. That didn't go well. It wasn't until we were both well into our thirties that I was finally able to process and accept that it was (and largely still is) her way of showing how much she cares.
These days, I typically hear from her when she needs to vent about how people (most often our xSFJ parents) are frustrating her and how nonsensical their decisions are. I can hear her out and understand where she's coming from, and sometimes even agree... but even when I don't agree, I can accept that she's entitled to her feelings and opinions and give her validation and a shoulder to lean on. She and I get along well enough now.
Blood is thicker than MBTI.
I worked for an ESTJ for over a decade. Close quarters office work. She figured out I was valuable enough to tolerate my eccentricities and I became her go-to person for all esoteric tasks. Also, we both had pugs from the same litter...
If the pay is good enough and they help me to build my CV we can strike a deal. - also INTP.
Sibling pugs, that helps. - ESTJ tribe
As an INTJ who has had quite a few ESTJ bosses this representation fits extremely well. Most were impressed by my work ethic, speed and knowledge, but at the same time they also struggled a lot with my need to be able to choose my own way of doing things and be as independent as possible.
As always, it depends on the person itself and how open-minded and self-reflected they are. If an ESTJ can’t adapt to other people, they will be a plain in the ass most of the time, if they can, they can actually be cool and get along fine with other types. If every type would just accept others and build on the strengths of one another, any team could reach its full potential.
I’m an INFP and I swear the person I like the most at my job is an ESTJ. I suspect I.. annoy him sometimes, but I really appreciate that he doesn’t pick favorites and he’s reliable. If you put in the work he WILL appreciate you and he’ll let you know. He doesn’t get involved in personal drama at all, unlike pretty much everyonefuckingelse.
I'm one of not-very-many ESTJs that are in the online mbti community.
And I learned years ago working in a restaurant that some people are very friendly and are not very hardworking, while I'm the opposite (not mean, just not very friendly). Not everyone has to be hardworking or organized or super nice and it's very rare that someone is all three of those.
Also I love organizing people's things (with their permission). It's easier to do it with other people's stuff than your own.
I worked in the medical field and it sucks when people are friendly but don't do the job right. - ESTJ
This video perfectly encapsulates how I, an INFJ felt at my last workplace. And why I got burnout, got severely depressed and had to quit that job.
Burnout = yes, has happened to me more than once. We are good at keeping up appearances until one day we fall apart. - another INFJ
Hell yeah. Just that it was ESTP I worked under, not ESTJ. And an estj colleague of a young age helped me out a big deal one time and that saved a lot of my energy at a certain point. But I got sick because of being burnt out too much, leaving in an emergency car.
@themis5536 Yes? I'm still working on that one. I started a company with 2 other people, and while I'm relishing having more control over doing things that matter and the right way, I always feel responsible to or for someone and thats tiring. I feel guilty being too sick to work today even when I'm 1000% sure nobody but me cares.
Sorry you got depressed but I'm glad you quit if it wasn't a good fit, I'm ESTJ and it confuses me why some people stay at jobs they hate for years.
@@Themis419 I found it helpful to work for Doordash (or something similar with a flexible schedule would work) while applying for jobs, I'm bad at interviewing so it took a while. Also, as an ESTJ I've found working different jobs and volunteer positions (including 3 internships for school credit) to be helpful in figuring out what I like in a job, (though of course I've had jobs I didn't like I think most people have). And looking at Indeed reviews and asking questions in the interview is a good idea.
We learned to pick our battles with the INFP...I laughed soooo hard at that! Also, I'm waiting for the 16 personalities seen through the eyes of the ESFP. When will that be available???
I like to think this whole channel is that 😆
Tenho uma prima ESFP e tenho até medo de perguntar como ela me enxerga 😂😂 mas, segundo ela, eu sou calma e transmito paz. INFJ
as an ENFP, those reasons were probably a) not being able to decide (or remember to decide) which job to accept b) being immensely attached to some random thing in this particular office/collective
so yeah. fair enough.
Keeping an INTJ under your thumb. You might as well try to get a thousand cats do the same thing at the same time :)
The thing with ENTPs often is that they get their work done in about ½-hours.
Heck, even this ESTJ didn't say anything about how well or bad ENTPS themselves did their work. She only talked about how ENTP bothered others while they were still working.
ENTP had already completed all his tasks at that point and had free time because he was so efficient compared to all others.
Sadly, in the workplace, it's often the most inefficient worker, who looks the most busy and hardworking compared to smart and efficient workers ~ ~
In this scenario even all the other workers like ENTP, because he doesn't drag them down. ENTP does his work.
😂 100% agree.. as ENTP and BM in the office, why I still stay is to guide staff to do things efficiently, to get them strategical thinking and problem solving.
can I just say how happy I am that the tier ranking seems to be getting an entire series?
I’m just trying to figure out how the other 14 personalities will put themselves-and only themselves-on top
Eh, as an INTP I think my fellow Ti enjoyers are pretty top tier. Estp in particular is an easy S. I find them outright inspiring
@@kenthartig7065 same!!! ESTPs and ISTPs with their high Se always fascinate me; and Ti-users are my favourite types 😄
Lost it when she said "regardless of the INFP's complaints". Hahaha. That is exactly what my INFP employee is like. 😂
Lolll, I guess it depends on the INFP, because I am one that thinks we'd be better off doing away with participation awards. Whenever we got those in school, everyone would immediately chuck them into the trash, school bins overflowing with them, and it was always such a waste of resources to basically create a bunch of fancy garbage. The only reason I kept some of mine was to just have a memento remember whatever event or contest was going on, or to turn them into origamis if they were printed paper "certificates" so that they wouldn't go to waste. It's not like I felt proud or encouraged whenever I got one of those anyways lol. I'd honestly rather get an award that had some degree of meaning to it... unless of course the participation award is food, then I would definitely advocate for that! :D
The moment I saw INTJ at the end of the list, I knew. We're almost mortal enemies with ESTJs. Now imagine an ESTJ mother trying to put up with an INTJ son. My childhood was truly an adventure.
I think just about everybody is mortal enemies with ESTJ
My mom was also an ESTJ. The horror, the hor--I mean, the memories.. oh yes, the memories. -INTJ
@@ImmanentizeTheEschaton Good to see we share some braincells. 🤝
Remind me, which is the second-highest average earners, after the ENTJ, ESTJs or INTJs?
That's kinda odd to think about, because INTJ is technically supposed to have that supervisor relationship with ESTJ. Maybe it's a matter of swapping the power dynamic? I could see an ESTP losing their mind as I try to figure out how to manage something
As an INTP, I relate a lot to the INTP, the ISTP, and the INTJ. Great vid btw. Oh, also, she claims that the INTP is “not intelligent” because she doesn’t talk, yet the ISTP does the same thing and is considered one of the best workers and doesn’t have their intelligence questioned. She does call the ISTP a sociopath though. Why would someone be “unintelligent” or “a sociopath” because they don’t talk. Also, intelligence is a vague concept, since there are many types of intelligence.
The only way to overthrown INTJ manipulative milking-profits situation is to make either ENTJ or ENTP the INTJs boss
I came to say, "and now you have two problems" but I think that'd be a grossly misleading understatement.
As an ISFJ, when someone asks me to cover their shift, I legally can’t say no
As an INTP, I legally cannot take advantage of that, or at the very least, trade shifts for fairness.
@@Themis419 Pretty sure that "legally" wasn't meant literally. And pretty sure that the ISFJ's selfishness leads it to accept as to avoid the emotional toll that refusing brings.
That's the thing with cognitive functions, their brains are wired differently.
@Midknight6237
Not that it should be an excuse. Think of your happiness, long term. Other people, like close ones, are way more deserving of your time and energy.
If you say yes to the colleague, you say no to your child / sibling / parent / friend / life partner.
"We've learned to pick our battles with the INFP".
Yes, yes we have. - INTJ
Wonder if the ESFP hobbyist CZcamsr in this ranking is the same as the one who made the dearkristin mbti skits channel in our universe... 🤔 look forward to the following videos in this series for more clarity in this blurring of narrative levels
Jesus loves you ❤️ please turn to him and repent before it's too late. The end times described in the Bible are already happening in the world.
So, am I hearing this correctly? You have both of the Ni doms next to each other and closest to you at your office? I don't know if that's the best of ideas.
They're absolutely plotting against you; and you're never going to see it coming with the INFJ's polite smile and ability to tell you exactly what you want to hear while obfuscating their true intentions. And that would generally be fine normally, but you gotta know that the INTJ is feeding their neighbor a whole host of plots and ideas for ways to overthrow you.
Now, granted, the chances of them actually going through with any of their schemes is low. But, if any combination of ENTJ, ENTP or ESTP overhear any of those conversations between those two... Yeah... They may enact those plans themselves, either out of ambition or "for the luls."
And then there is the worry that the ENFP may have taken the INFJ and INTJ under their win as their "pet introverts." So there's that very real concern as well. Especially if/when they convince the ENFP how "fun", "exciting" and "creative" their plans are.
Seriously! You have the two best quiet manipulators next to each other and you will never see the consequences of this horrific mistake coming.
My suggestion: Grab a bottle of some "fake tears" that are used to deal with severe dry eye and then precede to befriend the ENFJ. You should be able to employ them as a lookout because, if I know anything about ENFJ's, is they LOVE to "unpack" INXXs. And, at the very least, the INFJ can easily fall victim to that.
Meanwhile the INTP distract the INTJ playing chess all the time.
@@Themis419 Yes, I'm an INTP. It's one of those little ideas that we don't share but appreciate when others notice them. I want to see how many people can catch it and how many will speak up about it.
May I ask what's your type? Are you an Se user?
@@Themis419 Well, Se is the cognitive function of spacial awareness. Se users tend to catch more details on their surroundings and are more likely to point them out. So I thought you might be one of them. Ofc it's just an assumption, but if it happens often there is an high chance.
If you want to know more accurate descriptions of the functions I recommend the C. S. Joseph channel. It's the best I found until now. Search for C. S. Joseph season 1. In season 3 he explains each personality type VERY in depth, talks about how their cognitive fuctions synergies and their meanings based on the position on the stack. In season 15 he explain a better method to type people based on their temperaments and interaction styles.
He is an ENTP so he often lose himself in some tangents about society and come of a bit rude when he points out the weaknesses of the types so be aware of that XD.
Oh but you forget that the INFJ can easily make the case to the ENFJ how the ESTJ is being "problematic" and maybe a bit of a bully "points to the unaware INTP" and the work environment would be so much happier and productive if hey the ENFJ would make a fine manager! They should totally go for the role if the opportunity arises.
I can confirm INTJs are experts in eye rolling and the occasional dramatic facepalm.
The INTJ and the ENFP should go rouge together, ans start a new competing company to take over the market (aka the world).
INTP would be an easy recruit after that callout too
As an INFJ who took today off work because I am just _utterly utterly exhausted_ and desperately need to recharge, this rang so true I felt it in my bones.
I’m an INFP and I feel more comfortable working as a freelancer rather than at a company(on-site). I am not cut out for a manager role and I left the first company after 7 months, since then I have been working as a full time writer and subtitle/book/game translator over a decade and it's really working for me. My friend who is also an INFP quit the job at company after 6 months and she is a comic writer now.
I'm a software developer that transitioned into a more or less full time work-from-home role over the pandemic period (after originally spending 4, then 3, days in the office per week, with a nice juicy 2 hour commute - in either direction). I might not be the most analytically brilliant, but since I worked my way up from customer support, I always imagine other people using the things I create, so a sensible UI, comprehensible error messages, little conveniences, I'd like to think I'm good at making user-friendly solutions.
But I admit working from home full time can be a challenge due to my relative lack of self-discipline. Sometimes I'm more productive without all the endless noise but sometimes I need to force myself to go back in the office just to enjoy the atmosphere and casual chats, and as a means of preventing myself from playing games to procrastinate trying to decipher that one spec or working on that one thing that never seems to want to work for some reason, lol.
I don't think I want to be a manager either though. Give me technically demanding work, sure, but don't make me responsible for co-ordinating a whole ass team of people. I'll do it if I have to - grudgingly - but it doesn't appeal to me.
I often wonder though that if I never grew up surrounded by technology I'd have some kind of language-based job. English (and French at the time) were always subjects in school I never had anything less than top grades in. And I love creative writing even though I hardly ever do it these days.
i love this new series! i can't wait to see it spiral into increasingly insane concepts like the "personalities through the eyes of" one!
This skit is so funny 😂 i adore this skit 😂🤣 Thank you for this script for the ESTJ 😂👍 - ISTJ
YOU TOOK MY REQUEST!!! 😂
(Now I need to see the ESFP workplace tea channel)
Also that ENFP is 100% accurate, we are dedicated but chaotic workers.
Also, I know an ENTJ IRL who kept getting fired bc he couldn't stop challenging ESTJ work culture. His subordinates love him, which is why the best employment opportunities for him consisted of delegating as much as possible while avoiding integrating him with his superiors.
Because of all of this, I'd say that in the ESTJ's eyes, ENTJ should probably be tear tier, but the ISTJ to whom he's subordinated would put him in S-tier.
As an ENTJ, I must admit that the challenging others part is true. Not to spread my wings in superiority but to identify their reasoning and driving force behind their decisions.
Dear lord is this accurate! I’m INTJ and literally that’s my dilemma! My job will do anything to make me stay and nothing to make my job better! 🤦🏻♂️ I have been called out on my eye rolls so much that I have trained myself to look into the middle distance instead 😂 I threaten to quit or go part time weekly.
So great! I love that she can only acknowledge others as employee of the month from her quandrant of MBTI ie. fellow implementors. ESTJs tend to keep people in the potential zone like a type of pergatory too. You nailed these aspects so well
I have been accused of working slowly at my job (but this was mainly because of my attention to detail) and occasionally missed deadlines at school. Yes, I'm an INTP. Well spotted, Kristin.

"I don't share my ideas and try to stay alone, I get labeled as "Mediocre". ISTP does that, and he gets labeled "Potential". That doesn't seem fair." - INTP
Yeah, it's due to our Parent Se - we see what needs to be done, stfu and just get it done pretty quickly. I don't know of an employer who doesn't like that.
The only downsides is everybody wants you to be a manager/leader-type and take the heavy load because of our effectiveness and they want you to talk when that is not a requirement for the task at hand.
The beginning is gold. The strong formal caring for organization and procedure (and people). ESTJ is always: I have a plan. And it's great.
I’m trying to decide which Chief (Master Chief maybe?) it reminds me of in the USN
@@jameswilkerson4412 Cool. US Navy/Marines? I'm ESTJ but brazilian, so I'm not very in tune with those definitions.
And by “coffee” you actually just mean hot water and little packets of instant coffee. 😢
Absolutely. The workplace dream 🙌
As an ESFP, very glad to contribute to the company shame
As an ENTJ, I would do ANYTHING to win that "employee of the month" award! That would be so motivating to have! And I would uphold my performance as top-tier, just to win it again next year! Not giving it to anyone is something I cannot agree with. Apologies, but I'm siding with the INFP on this one.
And yes, I do challange the ESTJ in her ways of motivating the team. 😂 Also, putting my type on the "potential" category sounds like undermining all of our efforts and hardwork, which is making my blood boil.
Gonna ask the ENTP for one of them stickers 😅
I agree the point of "employee of the month" is that it should go to someone, but it's funny how bothered you were by the opinion of a fictional ESTJ. However as an ESTJ I would probably put *myself* in "potential" as there's almost always room for improvement.
@@sarahberkner oh, yes, there is always a room for improvement, of course!
Also, I do understand that it's a fictional character in a satire video, I'm just giving my honest reaction if such situation would ever occur, it's fun to immerse yourself in the stories 😁
My Dad is an ESTJ, and this is literally how he acts on a regular basis. When I was a kid, he created a comprehensive 100 page document and PowerPoint presentation to address and justify the reasons why I should receive an IEP (Individual Education Plan) to my school board committee (which he arranged even though it was not required). The meeting didn’t take very long, but I did receive the IEP, which was nice. He’s also obsessed with Excel spreadsheets and is a major workaholic.
Fun fact: Russian Roulette is a perfectly safe and harmless game to play. I’ve never met anyone who’s played it and lost!
@@Themis419Girl you COMPLETELY missed the joke! The joke was that I’ve never met anyone who’s played it and lost BECAUSE they’re all dead! You can’t meet a dead person, that’s the joke!
Inspite of my ENTP ways, it has taken a lot of discipline at work to not let all of my tendencies get in the way. My manager said that I'm the best at what I do he's ever seen, but he won't have me train any new people, saying, don't do it like "he" (meaning me) does it. That's because I don't do anything the standard way.
This is terrifying.
Are you an INFP? 😂
@heathertoomey7068 INTP! ... it's still terrifying. Too much like my work.
🤭
I sent 2:36 as a screenshot to my ENTP brother with the description "The backstage of your (ESTJ) superior at work choosing her replacement". Because that's exactly what happened a couple of days ago to his work.
He is fine with that though. He wasn't ready for this responsibility, plus he was scared he would feed his ego too much and starts bossing around...but the worst, as he said,....he would have the power to force others listen to his jokes and puns (which I love but oh well).
Also this ISFJ is one of his best friends in work and he knows she deserved the promotion.
ESTJ and I respect him wanting to use that power to tell jokes lol.
I tell a lot of puns but I limit how many I tell to any one person so as not to annoy people, and also took note of a few people who just don't seem to get jokes or don't laugh, to remind me not to tell them a joke in the future.
I started watching this video but then paused it for half an hour to look up saline% and mineral content of tears 😅 I knew INFPs were emotional (sterotyping for humor), but to cry enough to water an entire _family_ of plants?!
FYI tears aren't salty enough to damage most plants, AND tears have potasium in them which plants use to promote photosynthesis.
HAHAHA
I'm ESTJ and I actually cried a lot as a kid, we don't have great control over our emotions especially when young.
Also I've heard "a cup of your tears can kill you" if you drink it, but I couldn't find that online so they might have been wrong.
Hilarious! (But also maybe a little too true for the INFJ... 😅)
Jesus loves you ❤️ please turn to him and repent before it's too late. The end times described in the Bible are already happening in the world.
As an ISFJ with a teenage ESTJ daughter, I’ve certainly had my share of informing her that I’m, in fact, the parent in our relationship.
7:16 I love how she refers to her own CZcams channel. 😂
CRY LAUGHING! XD I feel properly roasted.
As an estj I 100% agree with this. The fact she explained the meaning of each tier to start with and what classified a person in that tier. Spot on.
This series of tier ranking videos are hilarious!!! can't wait for them all! 😂❤
I'm horrible with plants, so the successful plant families always crack me up 😅 but my job does allow people to bring in their dogs ...... so, it is pretty great 😊 -INFP
Fun fact:
I'm an INTP who used to work at Walmart. Before the ISTJ boss hired an ESTJ to supervise us, I was not only comming in 2 hours early, but I was basically incharge of the team when there was nobody else because I was the only one who knew how to do their job. After the ESTJ came along, in spite of all hope, she started blaming me for everyone else's stuff, even when the other employees owned up to the accusations she threw at me. Even then, she still kept insisting on blaming and harassing me. I even raised several complaints against her, along with other employees she's been harassing. But the ISTJ bods kept insisting she was in the right because she wasn't actually trying to do what everyone else was accusing her of. I even brought up texts proving when she was blatantly lying, but the store manager Mike kept insisting I was making stuff up and telling everyone to ignore me.
I had enough anxiety as it was, so I squeezed all the days off I could out of the guy to deal with things my way before inevitably quitting. I even called corporate, but they ended up having freak'n Mike deal with it.
Weird, sorry that happened to you. Although I've never imagined Walmart as a dream job. I worked inventory there a handful of times and once had an employee ask me (in my maroon shirt) where something was lol.
@@sarahberkner
I'm usually always showing people how to do their job, so it's not something that would surprise me. Most employees are never given a proper look around in their own job, do nobody ever actually knows where anything is. And the scanners don't always have all the options we actually need.
who sat the intp inbetween the esfp and the enfp ... god help her
💯 for observation
Eh, I'd rather that than between ENTJ and ESTJ. By far.
Edit: although watching ENTJ and ESTJ each attempting to assert dominance over the other might be funny in its own right... for a while
As an Intj, I adored my estj coworker. I was bored out of my living mind with tedious work, and I couldn't wait for an estj to just tell me what to do, robot style. (this did only occur once or twice, due to my frustration and fatigue).
INTP: *laughs in continued silence*
@@Themis419 Wait... you are not perpetually overcome with apathy, cynicism and contempt?

As a new manager who is INFJ, I get very ESTJ when stressed (shadow type) and I was lucky enough to land two employees who were ISFJs and are just a dream to work with and yes...are very easy to take advantage of which I refused to do! Us bad boundaries types need to leverage our people pleasing to tell each other to have better boundaries more and then we will to please the other person. Life hack.
I love this new series! This video seems quite accurate, based on what my sister has said about certain people.
This serie is going to become one of your best, can't wait to see the other 14!
I loved your little Te vs Ti dom bit!
INTP, it's okay, I get it
Please keep making these, so good!
Wow! I love this series
absolutely love these videos, thank you for doing what you do! Your videos bring a lot of joy to people
As an INFP, this person is exactly what i think of when I hear the words "pure evil".
Incredible!!! Soooo many layers, so many hilarioussss puns. So good
You just frighteningly re-illustrated the little Cold War I had with my ‘arch nemesis’ for 5 years...
Holy crap!!!!! As an estj, before she started I said on the bottom Is isfp infp and enfp..
Esfj for second to bottom
And my top would be isfj estj and Intj.
But the bottom ones were 100% what I would label as low tier.
Good morning and a warm welcome to you! You even changed the color of the thumbnail outline to blue! I still wonder what the colors meant in that last short you did. I noticed both the amazing INFJ's ranking outline and her short background was pink! bleh! cooties! That short was a masterful. And ur skit that rightfully got you the 50k subscribers is my all time favorite skit from anybody, but before that, I think your extrovert video was, but you completely creatively captured everything I was seeing over the years regarding INFJs in your last full video so that's currently my second favorite, and I also read the comments of that video, and I'm surrrre it wasn't intentional how low you put the video being "satire" compared to this also chef's kiss amazing ranking one...jk! I love INFJs...all my friends are INFJs! even the ones that aren't! =) Seriously, they were great in the comments. Like I said, I read them! But....
noticed there wasn't a reminder to be kind for this ESTJ ranking. I don't know what's going on with MBTI fandom currently, but years ago, you'd think ESTJ was the best type since there wasn't bajillions of videos and articles necessary to convince people to think they're great. I really appreciated you looking out last time, but I was reminded to be kind when discussing INFJs from all the WWII videos in my sidebar. I'm kidding because, as Judith also observed, they love crying from laughter with a joyful smiles always on their faces! And I live to give! =) They were my novelty nomination for "best" type! I wouldn't say anything negative if I didn't like someone, though, of course, would always be on my best behavior to children, elderly, and people with health problems, because they're the only ones where the "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all" applies, and this Judith, doesn't fit any of those categories, and her assessment was spot on except for the ESFP, Kristin (by the way interesting she was ranked with the ENTP...I still remember 2 years ago you kinda declared something on them and in your "How to make an INFJ feel loved"...you called them out! anyways, I think there is a similarity between ENTPs and ESFPs, I'll get to that later in my ramblings unless my pole dancing boss catches me writing and I gotta go, so....ESTJs are just so wonderful! I love them! They're the nicest, good looking-est...jk
It's difficult though because in your last "16 personalities answering uncomfortable questions" short, which was a 10/10 imo, you had your ESTJ talking about following agreed terms, which sent my heart aflutter with a "tell me moreee...", giddily blushing my hair with two fists clenched in the air in delight learning about all the rules to break.....sorry, breathe in breathe out hands up hands down, let's keep rollin'...little styrofoam cups! We also got a water cooler in my office that I work at...maaan, I rely on the water cooler's reflection all time to see my boss coming. It's placed just around the corner for a heads up getaway. You'd think my boss would be smart enough to figure it out by now, but if you knew her name you'd "get it".
Take today, I'm currently wearing a shirt that says "Freedom" on the back, so when my ESTJ boss called me out for not dressing to code, I told her, that with this shirt, I was trying to motivate workers to be reminded how great we have it here, and being that it....I just looked, I guess there is an Under Armour symbol and there is an American flag on the left shoulder and I don't know if my boss saw it, but the point is, nothing really on the front of the shirt, which implies that all my freedom comes from her having my back...and before she could take 2 seconds to realize how stoopid that was, it was right when I was turning the corner by the water cooler (where I could see her reflection before I turned the corner where she called me out) so I could run like heck...phew, you don't know how many times that thing saved my behind, why....
what, am I doing, Crystal, I mean Bambie, I mean Ms. Bambie, Ms.Tammy, I mean, "Mrs." Tammy, I was just writing how you're the nicest, good-looking-est type of person who isn't at all child-like, elderly, and how you have amazing health for a...noooo, I am not writing...pleeze, give me some credit, not recording this conversation at all on the internet in a youtube comment section that lasts forever as a cry for help letting everybody know that my boss is...Kristin, I think I'm past the point of no return with this job. Meaning, I'm running around the corner, and grabbing a styrofoam cup with water on my way out! I gotta go....if you could do me a favor, and say something critical about ESTJs so they know I really like them...Kristinnnn, that'ssss alllll I askkkkk offfff youuuuuu....oh, wait, I already said, hey, lay off the ESFP, she's the best! =)....well, ok, actually, apparently, ISFJs are, but...
ESTJ giving the ESTJ the employee of the month tier is such an ESTJ thing to do. Also, as an ESTJ I don’t find this video to be satrical but rather truth 😂
The entire rest of the MBTI gang is going to brainstorm how to keep the INTJ under the ESTJ's thumb?
This will not end well.
Based on current descriptions of the office layout, it sounds like the INTJ already has two highly regarded allies, the INFJ and the ENTJ on the inside. With the ENTJ's desire to take over the office, the INTJ is probably a valuable asset who will be promised the ability to leave at the right time, when the hostile takeover has been secured. Or will receive a position as ENTJ's personal assistant because he enjoys that style more.
One way, or the other, though, it doesn't sound as if the office will last long.
honestly would love to be a fly on the wall to hear ENTP manipulate the meeting to result in the INTJ being promoted as the ESTJs superior
@@suzihoude LOL Also fun.
Honestly, the INTJ just had to sit back and let everyone else just be themselves, and it sounds like he'll end up with what he wanted. And then he can take credit for it and tell everyone it was what he intended the entire time.
I mean, in the end one the reasons it's hard to beat INTJs at anything is because ultimately anything you do plays into one plan or ours or the other.
@@suzihoude I was just going to add: As an ENTP, I would totally manipulate the situation in the INTJ's favor...then I could more easily manipulate the INTJ to do my own bidding while I continue to slack off. Yeah, I think we all know who the real puppet master is. 😀
@@justintime343 i think ENTPs add enough value by entertainment, interpersonal skills, and devil advocacy to warrant being paid while slacking off. ☺️
@@suzihoude I agree, 100%
I absolutely love these tier list videos 😂 cant wait for the next one (i just hope there will be more xD)
This is my first dear kristin video! Thank you for this cool video, Kristin!
I am estj and i usually agree with (negative) stereotypes. I definitely could be more emotionally healthy and people have told me i struggle too much with anger. And I can see i am controlling.
I laughed when she was describing the refreshments at the start in a brisk manner. I mean, refreshments are important. Then she went right into business. I understand making things fit exactly, like 3 employee of the month awards in a year. Potential: meeting targets. YES.
I am usually wrong. If what I said was wrong, i just need to be corrected and i will try to adjust to the correct path. I like to say my opinion (I always try to remind myself to shut up, because most of the time, I won't be shutting up), but it doesn't mean people should follow it.
I am (okay, okay) angry that this estj said they have to work overtime, weekends. Everyone knows it's way more efficient if everyone is happy and healthy and doesn't work overtime and weekends. I hope she is also strictly making sure everyone has enough breaks. This way, they are able to work for more of their life, if that is what they chose. Plus, they'll be more energized and motivated to get more done in the time they are at work. Also, I feel like humans should be respected and work just the right amount; full of fairness and no taking advantage.
1:45 Tears are okay. Everyone has emotions. I have often been frustrated at work.
It took me a while to appreciate that she listed them north to south. I believe it is because everyone gets their turn in order. I Maybe she seated them according to how efficiently they can work with their neighbor and help each other.
Are those the mbti official colors? I think they match well. Everyone was in their correct ranks.
Entp: I wasn't like this when I was younger, but I also now believe in down with the establishment: meaning, I wish for more financial equality. But I still believe in leadership roles, if the leaders are effective.
4:26 Enfj. Proof (cctv)is good but yikes. She is way too controlling over the enfj. People don't have to constantly churn out work. Everyone has waves of productivity.
5:19 Istj. That is so gross. Why is she so smarmy and wanting people to suck up?
5:34 entj i would need the challenges in a list once a day, not incessantly
6:12 Infj. So accurate Infjs are definitely the best. Such lovely unicorns. 6:32 that is bad she guilted poor infj.
10:13 No. Either pay istp for his it specialist work or hire a specialist.
Thanks for sharing, fellow ESTJ here :) Keep in mind while Kristin tries to be accurate it is a comedic video and isn't going to be 100% accurate and somewhat relies on stereotypes. But not nearly as bad to me as Frank James, he's funny but seems to focus on negative stereotypes.
I related more to her, "16 personalities in the Eyes of the ESTJ" video, though not completely of course.
The hilarious thing is that as an INFP (SAME FUNCTIONS but backwards) I have had the “why are they still here” thought about our office ENTP too, though it’s more along the lines of “if you want to bitch THAT much about everything about our job why don’t you put your money where your mouth is and find something else.” 😂 And I am also irritated by passive aggressive behavior like described in the ENFJ.
Passive-aggressive to estj-a is not the same thing as passive aggressive to infp. Infp and ENFJ have the same functions. So estj-a is calling passive aggressive here, is just assertive concern for others
@@zzzcocopepe INFPs have Fi, Ne, Si, and Te, which are the functions of the ESTJ in reverse. INFJs have Ni, Fe, Ti, and Se, which are different.
as an INFJ, I WAS SIDE-EYEING THE ENTIRE TIME ESTJ WAS DESCRIBING HER LMAO
Can we have an ESTJ video where they’re not portrayed as a manager in a corporate job… 🫠 There’s so much more nuance to us
Omg this was fantastic!!! XD (and the meta commentary on the ESFP...I was dying!! XD)
This maps pretty nicely onto my 3-tier co-worker ranking: are we better off, the same, or worse off with the person ? I have worked with people who slowed everyone else down by breaking things.
This is so cute!! I love it.
I adore estjs. They can be so funny.
