Anyone watching this video if you're on the fence with all the different exhaust choices, stop already. Get your credit card out and call Kevin or Brad. I was impressed with my gains and noticed a big difference in acceleration immediately and especially on my top end.... wayyyyy faster. And the sound it makes on wot... sweet music to my ears.

saving up to get this for my 2015 Q50S, i have *very unprofessionally* cut off my exhaust 😅 NEVERTHELESS, i would LOVE to have this exhaust for my car. and if i ever save enough to get it, this video will come in extremely handy

I always spend a few hours on the first step, for some reason I needed alot more pb blaster and torch blasting than he did 😂

Yes sir! Our cat-back exhaust is fully compatible with all downpipes (OEM/lower/full) that end in factory location.

Do you reccommend removing the exhaust heat shield ? I've heard some ppl remove it to get rid of any exhaust noise or rattle
Great question, however we have never had to remove the heat shield. When installed correct there won't be an exhaust rattle. If a rattle occurs then most likely the exhaust system is coming in contact with something underneath the vehicle.
Wish every mechanic would put new parts on with hand tools instead pneumatic 🤦♂️. Subscribed from that sentence alone
If i was interested in the 14inch touring exhaust that is resonated, would that affect the sound on the exterior? Or just give it a more quieter interior sound in the cabin? I seen the non resonated video and it doesn’t sound like it’s much drone which is what I’m trying to avoid.
Great reply and questions! The resonators primary objective is to cut down interior noise resonance (drone) without effecting performance. Keeping in mind that this very same CBE is compatible on 2 different Q50 engine variations; the 3.7L NA engine, as well as the 3.0L TT engine. The NA version is much louder, as the turbos act as primary mufflers on the 3.0L version, hence making it quieter. All this said, sound is subjective and we all perceive it differently. In our honest opinion the resonated version is not needed on the 3.0L engine. What are the boots called that go on the back of the exhaust hanger shaft collar?
Thanks for sending a message. I think what you're referring to is the shaft collars that hold secure the metal exhaust hanger to the rubber hanger underneath the car.
So this is a catback exhaust that I can purchase? Also this comes with no resonators correct? So is there any drone in the cabin?
Yes, we make a replacement cat-back exhaust system for the Q50 VR30DDTT. It can be purchase with or without resonators if you choose. Sorry, but this exhaust system was only designed to fit the Q50.
Do you prefer the 14” resonators X-pipe or non resonator ?
Non-Resonated is the most popular selling option; especially with stock downpipes or lower downpipes. If you have full downpipes installed, you might want to go with the 14" Resonated x-pipe.
