How is this safe to check in plane luggage?

so serato isn't programmed into the rane or any other controller? anyone can install any dj software onto a computdmr and it will work with numark and pioneer and everything?

Great review and an entertaining one at that. Just to update the video the T7 now work with Algoriddim DJay & VDJ along with Serato. The only platrom missing is Rekordbox. As for knocking it for being plastic, what is $1,100 Pioneer Rev 5 made out of? or their $3,000 CDJ 3000? Maybe the T7 feels even cheaper. This is clearly a bedroom unit or maybe a small bar. I wouldn't expect to see a Pro DJ making big $$$$ to show up with this LOL. Keep the reviews coming it's always fun to get different views on products. I love all the youtubers you mentioned. It's difficult for them because on one hand you have to point out the good and bad on products but do it in such a way and not "trash" the product.

I have the Rev7 and use a Decksaver (Which Jetpack did initially tell me was ok to do) with my Glide bag. I think they may have told you not to because DJs like me reported an issue (Just a hunch, idk for sure). The Decksaver, because it isn't secure to the controller, can slide in transport in the glide system, scratching up the sides of the controller. Foam won't do that if it slides around a little. Just my guess based off my experience.

great video. not having the same experience here though. line dances are huge no doubt. but in my DJ sets at a mid sized local country two step and cumbias are still king. of course i'm in south texas. i'll be on the lookout though.

How do you feel about the mixer's leveling the sound out and it as a hardware mixer vs the serato software mixer leveling?

After a couple of months traveling the East Coast with the T7 I can honestly say that this is review has not aged well. I have not experienced any of the "issues" that you named with the "PREMIUM EDITION" other than the cost, and I've made back the money paid multiple times over already. The Rane One & Rev 7 are much better units. True, but thats the point of the cost, just as the T7 is much better than other controllers (hence the cost). Saying that it isn't worth the money because of the cost of the parts, is like a client saying "all you did was just push play, you should only charge me $300" Thats a bit wild take Bro.

I just purchased the Rane 4 last week ,but still in the box. I am debating if I'm gonna keep it ,because I heard a lot of DJs getting a replacement. Apparently,there are a lot of DJ's that are complaining about the platters. The right platters from what I have heard is non responsive! That's a big deal breaker for me. This is coming from a lot of CZcams videos Ive been seeing. All have the same issues with it. Im trying to see if this issue has been fixed with an update or not since then. That's why I have not unboxed the Rane 4 yet. Any comments on the issue?

James Hype uses this as his DJ bag! it's very tempting but one of my main concerns as a DJ is the strength of the straps (particularly where they connect at the top) i've had a least 7 bags over my DJ career & that's usually one of the first places to fail, the stitching on this bag doesn't look very reinforced or anything i feel like that could be a point of failure

What is your thought of a Rane One MKII with stems, and onboard fx and two channels. The size would be perfect, over the Performer by Rane that has been leaked. I had a Numark NS7 ii and it was a tank. Looking for a smaller controller with motorized jogs, any ideas? I also DJ for a much smaller Rodeo in Minnesota for Youth Bull Riding. It is a amazing event to play for. I am not near your talent level, do you have any helpful advice for me during this event. Great work on your content and reviews. Great Job!!!

Thank you for a cool review! I've been using these for the past 2 years and love them! I am the bassist for a LOUD contemporary gospel choir and I like the fact that I can still hear the music but at a lower SPL depending on the interchangeable filter that I chose. I highly recommend these!!

Unfortunately quality control is affecting everything these days not just DJ gear however I’ve heard so many issues w/the Rane Four. Rane = InMusic brand and I just don’t trust it. Never been a fan of Rane. I don’t care about Rane’s all metal design. Plastic Pioneer just works 🤷🏻‍♂️
