Making it now but forgot ran out butter so I used coconut oil.

I just made this but I added Crushed walnuts and Dark chocolate chips , I made Muffins and a Loaf of the banana Bread, I will let you know how it turns out. It is in the oven NOW..I also added pure Vanilla Not imitation...

I’ve made flan before and it turned out great! Decided to try your recipe and its a flop. I followed all instructions to a T but my flan did NOT set at all. I even added 30mins to baking time and NOPE. Not using this recipe anymore.

I made it and it’s the best carrot cake I’ve ever had. Not too sweet…my daughter liked it and she’s not a fan of carrot cake. Thanks again!
