Valentine's Day Cookies | Heart Shaped Sugar Cookies

Hi Everyone! I am a day late for Valentines Day but still wanted to share this recipe. I made these cookies for Valentine's Day but you can make them in any other shape and for any other Holiday! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 cups All purpose flour
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
3 oz cream cheese
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For decorating:
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening
Candy Melt Packet (optional)
Sprinkles
