- Hello everyone and welcome to my channel! Today I am sharing a very special recipe to me. My mother used to make these sopes for me and my siblings when were little and it was our favorite and today I am happy to share it with everyone!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 - 7 3/4 can El Pato Sauce
1/2 - 12 oz package of frozen vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups Maseca corn flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups water (might need a little more)
Oil for Frying (About 2 cups)
This recipe is for 8-10 sopes medium sized.
Ingredientes en español:
1 libra de carne molida
1 lata de 7 3/4 de onzas de Salsa del Pato
1/2 paquete de 12 onzas de vegetales congelados
1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1/2 cucharadita de paprika
1 cucharadita de sal
2 tazas de harina de Maseca
1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
1 1/2 tazas de agua (agregar un poquito mas)
Aceite para freir los sopes (aproximadamente 2 tazas)
Con esta receta te saldrán de 8 a 10 sopes medianos.
