  • These protein muffins are so easy to prepare and are full of protein for a healthy way to start your morning!
    Ingredients:
    2 cups of Kodiak Buttermilk Flour
    3/4 cup milk (of your choice)
    2 very ripe bananas
    1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
    1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
    1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    1 large egg
    Chocolate Chips or Nuts
    Bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes. Enjoy!
