Easy Pineapple Carrot Cake | Pastel de Zanahoria y Piña

Hello my CZcams family! I will begin by saying, you gotta make this cake! It is AMAZING!! And don't forget to leave a comment if you make this delicious cake!
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 and 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 - 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
3 cups grated carrots, (cup lightly packed)
1 cup chopped walnuts
For the frosting:
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
1 stick (1/2 cup)unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

I made it and it’s the best carrot cake I’ve ever had. Not too sweet…my daughter liked it and she’s not a fan of carrot cake. Thanks again!
