Flan and Butter Pecan Cake | Pastel Imposible de Nuez Y Flan | Impossible Cake | Holiday Baking

Ingredients for the Cake:
1 cake box Butter Pecan
3 Large Eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
Pam Spray for Baking
Chopped Pecans (optional for topping)
Ingredients for the Flan:
3/4 cup granulated sugar (for caramel)
5 Large Eggs
1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 12 ox can Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
This cake is called impossible cake or magic cake because you add both the Flan and the cake batter at the same time but when it bakes it separates like magic! Enjoy this delicious cake during the Holidays!
