Hi everyone, I'm doing TDI PD engine builds, mostly on 1.9 TDI PD 8V. On this channel, you will see things that may be very useful at some point for your car, many tips and tricks that nobody reveals when you need them, engine tuning, and loads of DIYs that can save you money by doing it yourself. I'm not an expert and I don't pretend to be one. I'm just honest and want to share my experience with you.

De ce garnitura de la teava egr are un orificiu de 8 mm
Salut dacă este posibil și fără supărare să mă ajuți la o problemă cu injectoarele de 1.9 cod motor bls am înlocuit injectoarele mele care prezentau fisuri pe carcasa suport a diuzei de injecție cu alte 4 recondiționate Bosch în urma montări efectuată după instrucțiunile lor cu calibru primul reglaj apoi 225' ultimul reglaj am întâmpinat că valorile pe vcds sunt foarte eronate mașina pornește bine se aude rotund dar în accelerație bruscă scoate fum Dubios ca la șurubul de reglaj mai rămân 3 rânduri de filet până la capul piuliței Respect PT ceea ce faci 💪💪💪

salut,am revenit cu o inrebare daca e possibil ,reglajul se face la 180 grade sau 225 pentru 1.9 tdi ,stiam ca se fac la 180 dar aud ca trebuie facute la 225 , merci frumos
Ambele sunt corecte si specificate in carte depinde de codul motor, dar ca idee merge 180° fara probleme la orice cod

După înlocuire oringuri și reglare injectoare (fără șubler,fără manometru)de către ,,,un specialist,,,am un consum enorm ,8-9 la sută,înainte era 5,7. -7 la sută și a scăzut un pic și puterea motorului, care e cauza ?Țin să menționez că nu crește nivelul uleiului din baie.

Salut! Tacheți de la inna Black nu trebuie să fie compleți negri? Sau în varianta aceasta de la inna Black, vin negri decât în capul lor? Mă interesează dacă se mai fabrică Tacheți de la inna compleți negri. Am comandat și eu pe inna black tot negri dar au venit negrii decât în capul lor atât, nu trebuia să fie compleții negrii?

Csn you help me guys. Ive changed the same cam seal on my pd130 twice in 12 months and it still leaks. Been so careful both times not to to nick it or flip the seal. Some say you need to leave it for 12 hrs once fitted to reshape itself.....Im getting desperate now. Please advise
You need to leave it for just 4 hours after installation before starting the engine. You definitely did something wrong during installation if it leaks, or if you ordered the wrong part number, which is the small seal on the crankshaft. They are very similar, just the difference that the crankshaft one is a few millimeters bigger than the camshaft, so that may be your mistake. Make sure you order the right part number, which should be ELRING 129.780 (32x47x10).

It will resist as a new one without any issues. As long as you do the service on time, it should be unbeatable.

hey brother, could you help me with a question ? I got a audi a4 b6 avant 1.9 tdi awx 5 speed engine with around 400,000 km, my car when is warmed up (90º C) and after a long drive, it starts shaking at idle, driving there is not shakes but at idle it shakes, like the engine looks like is shaking, rpm indicator is stable, but the car shakes, I've changed DMF clutch (sachs brand) still does it, also i've repaired and changed injectores and still does it, sometimes when i turn on glass defroster or AC it kinda stops, also sometimes when i have done a lot of kms with the car, and if i press the button to close or opens the windows, pressing that button also makes the car shakes, its very strange, do you know what it could be ? It started doing this in 2023, i've been owning this car for like 17 years, also is smells a lot of diesel, when the car does that, but the car is without catalyst converter, stock engine, its not chiped. Looking to hear your opinion thank you a lot. Also keep up with your good work, you are a beast, i've seen the video that you rebuild the 1.9 tdi engine its beautiful too see :)
Hello mate, did you check the engine and gearbox mounts? I don't know what to say, it may be many things. You must make sure you have no diesel leaks and no fuel pipes damaged first.
@@WRCgarage Hello mate yes I've replaced all gearbox and engine mounts 1 year ago with OEM genuine ones, well fuel leaks if I had one it would be visible no? since I dont have the engine cover its more easy to see it, but yeah i dont see any fuel leak. Could it be that the engine is a little off timing ? since it only does the idle shaking when warmed up?

The ARP bolts must be tightened to stretch, so I was measuring the stretch after tightening. The stretch is the maximum point before the bolt breaks.

Salut, ele vor merge dar nu stiu daca perfect, poate ai noroc, dar ideal ar fi sa vorbești cu cineva care face softuri sa ti le codeze, daca nu cauta exact terminatia AA si vor merge cum trebuie.

@@WRCgarage Care crezi ca ar fi un loc de inceput pentru cineva care vrea sa invete sa-si repare si modifice masina singur, chiar si contra cost? In special pe partea de motor ca la restul, frane suspensie etc, se gasesc destule clipuri online

Nu se rupe, asa este specificația de fabrica pentru suruburi noi.

Salut, încă nu am pus-o pe dyno pentru că după 300 km a crăpat cutia, am făcut swap la DSG și sunt aproape gata și o să fac după, oricum undeva la 350 aproximativ.

Am înlocuit și eu axul cu came cuzineți și tacheti . Dar după motorul nu mai trage ca înainte Înainte trăgea de Numa, acum numai are lag mare Sa fi greșit ceva?
Daca ai pus axa corect înseamnă ca ai pus avansul la distribuție diferit si de asta nu mai trage asa. Pune un tester si vezi daca e pe zero sau -1.5 daca e edc16

Tipul de calculator (ecu) depinde de mașină daca e mai veche sau mai noua
@@WRCgarage Ok Mașina e din 2002 Mecanicul nu folosește vcds are altfel de tester. Și mia zis ca unghiul de torsiune la pus la 0 , dar nu trage ca înainte și turbina nu mai intra asa repede Am verificat furtune vacum toate sunt Ok Poate fi pompa tandem defecta dar e noua nouță

In the manual it says to measure 15mm from the bottom of the cylimder do u think it makes a difference from measuring from top
Yes, it does, you have to measure it 15-20 mm from the top or bottom of the cylinder to have a precise measurement.

It was time for the first oil change by the time the engine started, oh and a new starter. 😂
Not everyone understands that i did that on purpose to lubricate all the parts with oil before starting, but it's okay. I'll let all the smarties comment as long as i know what I'm doing i'm not bothered.

Salut Care e diferența de a monta injectorul chiar in admisie cum l-ai pis tu sau mai in spate pe traseu? Nu e periculos pt motor (fiabilitate) sa fie chiar in admisie? Si cam de la ce boost ai recomanda inceperea injecție tinad cont ca full boost e la 2.5 bar Mulțumesc
Salut, nu prea e mare diferență, ideea era să fie cât mai aproape de admisie ca să ajungă cât mai repede injecția de methanol.

How do you like the clutch? It looks like a racing style?
The clutch isn't the best option for comfort, but it is a Sachs SRE performance ceramic paddle with dual mass. It holds a lot of power, but it is very, very annoying in town as it takes a bit of force to push it down.
