Hello mate, yes usually i tight the bolts in the block with 15nm then i follow the three sequence torque specs, and the link yes, but now they dont have anymore ARP2000 but instead they got a replacement even stronger wich is called OPTITORQUE , so the website is from USA i will let you the link, if you manage to contact them you can tell Matt the owner you got the information from WRCgarage and he may do some discount.
