Нудно в толкатели ножку подточить которая на клапан давит он тогда ниже сядет и можно шайбу толстую поставить, тогда кулачек не будет корпус толкаиеля задевать.
Yeah i know what you mean, they are more options available to set up the lifters shims but i just choose to grind the shims as they been very thick so i just did that. Now everything work as it should .
Could it have been that you needed different size shims so the lifter clearance would be in the needed measurements or was this on the case
No mate it has nothing to do with the shims as they are already done so the shims are in the specified clearances, the problem was the edge of the lifters as they are not intended to be use on this type of engine with same camshaft, they are from a ford engine i think and you cannot expect to be as on a ford engine. I would update the translate but my laptop has died and i don't have a computer at the moment but i will update it as soon as ill have one.
I have already a video where i explain the clearence setup for the mechanical lifters and shims with the english translate so you can have a look on my channel for it.

hey brother, could you help me with a question ? I got a audi a4 b6 avant 1.9 tdi awx 5 speed engine with around 400,000 km, my car when is warmed up (90º C) and after a long drive, it starts shaking at idle, driving there is not shakes but at idle it shakes, like the engine looks like is shaking, rpm indicator is stable, but the car shakes, I've changed DMF clutch (sachs brand) still does it, also i've repaired and changed injectores and still does it, sometimes when i turn on glass defroster or AC it kinda stops, also sometimes when i have done a lot of kms with the car, and if i press the button to close or opens the windows, pressing that button also makes the car shakes, its very strange, do you know what it could be ? It started doing this in 2023, i've been owning this car for like 17 years, also is smells a lot of diesel, when the car does that, but the car is without catalyst converter, stock engine, its not chiped. Looking to hear your opinion thank you a lot.

Hello mate, did you check the engine and gearbox mounts? I don't know what to say, it may be many things. You must make sure you have no diesel leaks and no fuel pipes damaged first.
@@WRCgarage Hello mate yes I've replaced all gearbox and engine mounts 1 year ago with OEM genuine ones, well fuel leaks if I had one it would be visible no? since I dont have the engine cover its more easy to see it, but yeah i dont see any fuel leak. Could it be that the engine is a little off timing ? since it only does the idle shaking when warmed up?

Oh my friend what do you mean ? By cam bearing werent done break in?? My camshaft bearing looked the same or id say worse after even less kms. Really worry about for this what im missing??😢
Hi mate, dont worry that's something normal that is hiw they should look after few km, break-in mean the bearings same as the piston rings need some time/miles to made untill they are worn ok for better performance. So thats something normal

Hello, it doesn't matter what camshaft you have, the tolerances are the same, check my video when i do mines, you have all details there
I watch all your videos, and I followed the same measurements that you have for both exhaust and intake. The difference is that I opted for a 280 camshaft instead of a 272. Hence my doubt. Thank you for your humility and success@@WRCgarage

Bună,am un T5 19 tdi și am o provocare la el , când pornesc dimineața îmi apare martor lipsa antigel, deschid bușonul și începe să sufle aer afară și apare lichidul ca și cum ar fi presiune in vas,ai vreo idee cauza? Mulțumesc și succes în continuare ești mare om

@@WRCgarage Care crezi ca ar fi un loc de inceput pentru cineva care vrea sa invete sa-si repare si modifice masina singur, chiar si contra cost? In special pe partea de motor ca la restul, frane suspensie etc, se gasesc destule clipuri online
Salut, cum am zis sunt foarte ocupat si uit sa mai raspund pe youtube, ce sa zic poti face acasa orice atat timp cat ai vointa si ceva scule. Am pe youtube multe clipuri despre acest motor 1.9 tdi pd si poti invata multe secrete, poti cumpara de inceput un manual de reparatii pentru motorul pe care vrei sa lucrezi si fiecare operatie o vei gasi acolo cu toate detaliile necesare, iar daca respescti ce este in carte trebuie sa iasa o lucrare buna.
