Good morning, watching this video the Elegant Ornaments quilt would look great on Fran's gold sofa! Are you considering a peek into Fran's house @ Christmas again, with all the new quilts you are making this year? I really loved seeing her house decorated with quilts & those little fabric trees. I don’t know how many books you have, but I have all of them and many individual patterns as well! I am looking forward to Fran’s new fabrics, I was a little slow off the mark last year and didn’t manage to buy all of them…so disappointing. I will be quicker this year!

This is a very nice quilt, Hannah. Great job with this video. Love the Fruits of the Spirit panel. My hubby is a pastor, he would luv this. 💛

I share my sewing space with our guest room. I bought a rolling kitchen island that has a leaf I can pop up when in use as a cutting table. I drilled two holes along the edge of my 24x36 cutting mat that I hang from the back of the island under the leaf. The island has three drawers and a two-door cabinet. I can close the leaf and roll it into the closet when not in use. I have an adjustable height table that functions for sewing and pressing. I strongly considered the suggestion from Nikki at Pin, Cut, Sew, who uses a big dresser as her cutting space which also serves as fabric and pattern storage (I will be using my grandmother's dresser for fabric storage as it is too low for cutting or pressing).
