Oh my gosh, I have the sea shell fabric, made it several years ago for my husband’s Aunt. She loved seashells, unfortunately she had terminal cancer and I wanted her to have a quilt. She made one for me, when I was going through breast cancer. I used Bold Blocks. Love the pattern you used, but it was not around when I made it. I’d post a picture here, but it does not let you.
I'm so glad you showcased a softer fabric, the sea shells, as the focal fabric. I have a similar fabric I was having a hard time with. You have solved my dilemma! As usual you have given me inspiration!!

Everything is so beautiful today. I had a hard time concentrating as I was struck by the quilt behind you. Couldn't take my eyes off of it!! But, as usual, you did an awesome job with the swatches today. Also, as usual I'm inspired to go digging through my stash and see what I can do. Love all you patterns! :D

I like them all except for the pinwheel one. I like the pattern, but the pink and black were so overwhelming that the interesting print kind of got lost.
When I saw the pinwheel party quilt I had an idea. Fabric Café has a free goodies for bold block patterns, what about doing one that has patterns with minimal seam matching? I love all of the videos and the kits give me ideas for my next quilts. Thank you 🧵🌸

Do you have any tips for when I don't have a full yard of fabric? For instance, which patterns work with 6- 1/2 yard amounts?
Sounds like with 7 yds some of it was going to be used as backing also
