Still nice & relevant 9 years later! Sure there are minor things I would change (remove the bench by the fireplace) but its still looks grogeous & current years later. This style of dinning chairs is very current again also. Bravo!

I prefer modern design, so I love this space. It's beautiful, however it doesn't feel like a family home. It may be the liquor store that's located in the seating area. The bar is fine, but having it on constant display is unfortunate.

Beautiful design. Great proportions in the living space, feels bright, open & cozy. Love the field stone inside & out. The style can easily be adjusted to be more modern, country or traditional.

Cool house. Very urban vibe and I love the family room ceiling.

Ceiling looks like a mine field with holes/pot lights all over. Nobody is using potlights. It is 80is. Linear. Linear.

Entrance is very unpractical. Imagine this entrance in real life with shoes all over the floor.

Did you notice that all fireplaces they design are identical? Open shelves and that's it. Problem solved.

??? I think the children are lucky to live in such a beautiful home and some are living in such worse conditions.😢

That bar is horrific, sorry. I find that is is a lot going on everywhere with the geometric ceiling, the fireplace porcelain, that bar, the open shelving, the large amount of what looks like glossy black in the kitchen, and then that coffee table

The bar and the pouder room are great. The rest is too heavy for my taste.

Woah this house looks like an office to me. Not a cosy family home at all! Personally not a fan of black and white anyway - too boring and reminds me of my dentist’s office. Waste of resources.

Minimalism in architecture revolves around the principle of simplicity. It aims to create spaces that are uncluttered, clean, and free from unnecessary ornamentation. This house is NOT a minimalist house.

I kind of feel sorry for the children living in this environment. It is just too dark and moody.

I truly love this home! A wonderful departure from all the beige interiors we’ve been seeing. It’s not often we see green, and the designer and homeowner have captured every beautiful shade. This home has real personality.

The use of porcelain in the kitchen was really a wow statement. Thank you for the video and for all of the hard work.

I'm a big fan of black in home design. As soon as my children left home, we connected each room with this color. But, I have to say that this home doesn't look like children live in it. With the exception of the playful entryway (love, love that black and white wallpaper!), it actually does look "precious."

Love black and white homes. The designers did a great job on this.

Well it’s not tones of neutrals, although the black does work as just that. It’s beautifully designed, and the pops of colour in the art and fabrics, and even in the whisky bottles, add lovely interest. Love it!
