You can look into wholesale furniture instead of premium prices look where they have outlets for you favorite furniture brands...I love the house what builder is it I am looking into a single family home this size under $380 price point

For the fridge either counter depth or non counter depth. Counter depth won’t go past the cabinets but they are also smaller. Normal fridge will stick out past the counter like 4-6 inches

A few notes: refrigerators tend to stick out of their casings so don’t focus too much on that! Also, a washer dryer combo can be expensive to maintain and a bit difficult to find folks to make any repairs, stick to a small form factor stackable, even if you have to get a combo 🖤 can’t wait to see how you decorate!

Refrigerators usually stick out from those cabinets. The important measurements are the height and width, not so much the depth. Unless you are specifically wanting a counter depth refrigerator.
