The house is an investment that will always pay you back .if you have a paid off car don’t purchase one saving that move until you can buy a five old one and pay cash and use that saved money for your retirement investments. Question would it be nice to retire early while you are young and used money from your investment to see the world and you chose when your travel ends . Please plan how you will make your money work for you this year and on January 1 look back at your progress.
Happy New Year! I've been creating vision boards for a few years and it really been transformational. I sold my home a couple of years ago and relocated. I also make over 6 figures however, l already own land and l plan to have a home built on it in a few years. For now, I'll rent since l don't plan on staying in this current state for the long term.

Its going to be about restoration of small engines...lawnmowers..golf carts.. ATVs etc. Things that people throw away but are salvageable. Im gonna take a leap of faith and hope for the best😏@@lifeandnumbers
