It is the best investment anyone can make and it will always make you money and as life goes on and you pay it off you have a nest egg . Thank you!! It was both. I didn't want to spend any more money and I didn't want to delay the closing process. But thankfully, after buying the house, I realized my friend knows a structural engineer and they said the crack wasn't an issue!
Due diligence money is a fee that buyers proffer at the time they make an offer on a home. In essence, it is the buyer's good faith payment to the seller. During the due diligence period, the seller pulls the home off the market while the buyer completes inspections. * you are giving them money to show you are serious about purchasing the home. If for some reason you don’t buy the property the seller typically gets to keep the money. In her case she added an addendum (note) that if she didn’t close on the home she would get her money back.
