Congrats! Wow, can't believe these mortgage prices. Hope your broker/mortgage lender informed about PMI if you put down less than 20% and depending upon where you live property taxes will likely increase every year which may increase your payments. Best wishes. The home is beautiful!

Man you sound like me and all my preferences….i am doing this alone and I am 51….i kinda mov3d away from the single family/ranch homes because I was thinking of the roof, the maintenance and utilities…..a townhome is perfect size for me and my dogs with a small yard…I don’t like the HOA but I do like community…..but some of these HOAs are RIDICULOUS!!! 😂 I love the kitchen and it looks like it has an island and a good it of natural light…they staged it well…love that there is a fence already…it looks move in ready!! Looking forward to the next videos going through the process

I’m happy for you! It’s a nice home; maybe you should put a bigger down payment on so your mortgage could be a cheaper ?
But either way you can do it. You are really good with budgeting. I really hope everything work smooth for you.

Now that townhouse was very cute. Nicely designed! Winner! Big mortgage for sure though. One lesson I have learned with houses or in life it not to be anxious for anything, be set and sure you are comfortable any confliction in your spirit is a sign it might not be a good decision but I wish you all the best in search.
