An oversized ornate mirror or oversized Olive Tree would be stunning between your stools & sofa. Love how much character & warmth you’re bringing into your space 🤍✨
I was thinking the same thing, more on the lines of an oversized vintage mirror.
Paint only the wall behind your bed to give contrast and still keep the room feeling specious and for your other green items to have their moments too otherwise they'll blend in with the walls
I like that you're an "old soul" when it comes to your decor style. You prefer quality👌 The way you blend vintage and current styles is seamless. For the shoe shelf cabinet "thingy" in your bedroom, try angling it in a corner vs. leaving it flat against the wall to create visual interest. People tend to push furniture flat against the wall. See how you like it at an angle and add your new lighting✨️ If you prefer it flat against the wall, try hanging art on the side you see when you walk into your room. Adore your vlogs🪴
Put a tall mirror there between your sofa and the kitchen bar counter. The mirror trimmed in the dark brown wood. Your apartment is beautiful.

You doing good! I have vintage pieces and other pieces. I don’t have a theme. I like what I like and just let my decor coexist together. Keep going and take your time. Don’t rush cause then you will be buying and buying and replacing things that you won’t be feeling anymore. 🫶🏽

You should place a large plant in between your couch and bar stool. It'll bring color. And it'll still allow for people to sit in that chair

I’d say for that small area by the couch and bar stools I’d do a small side table and a hanging pendant light and maybe a puddle mirror right behind the light to make the room a bit bigger feeling! :)

I enjoyed watching your video and you have a great sense if style. One thing you may want to see if this works for you is some wall slices alongside of your picture over the couch or a picture light. That may help to bring out the space a little more. But your style is lovely 😊
A table with a lamp would look good. I can't see any other lamps but it would give a cozy feel at night.

I would put a floor length mirror between the 2 spaces. behind the curve of the couch i would put a pedestal or plant stand and a vase with fresh flowers.
You have to go vintage shopping in Columbia SC… I’m craving to go back now that I’m settled in my apartment they have thrift stores where stuff is still $1 because nobody knows they exist 😩 truly some hidden treasures!! So much vintage goodness.

I also think Rajiv Surendra could be a big inspiration for your home. He has a lot of videos focused on the appreciation of vintage pieces, sourcing items for his home, curating his storage closet to look like a museum, hand making items, upholstery, etc and there are house tours you can see that will inspire you
