Kudos on driving down balance. Lets get to zero balance and build up that savings balance and invest. I understand your position not wanting to touch the housing fund, maybe its fears if you touch it there is temptation to dip. With the same intensity you have paying your cc debt, that's raw energy to fund your savings. You are saving for your leaner years ahead.

I had to control myself once I had extra money. It’s really easy to just swipe. I had to act like I still had car payments and put that “payments” in the savings every month. But LETS GO!!!
