Yes! It definitely still charges you interest. The main benefit is they don't charge you a transaction fee to pay rent with a credit card like other cards do. But you still want to use it wisely, like any other credit card, so you don't get yourself into debt.

Any credit care you will have to pay interest. Any credit card will and put some people into debt. Not worth it. But if it works for you. great.

yeah I'm trying to save mine to use towards a downpayment lol. What credit card does your friend use to get points from paying rent?
Is it use 5 times on top of using it to pay rent, or does using to pay rent once a month count as one
good question! paying rent DOES count as one of the 5 times you have to use the card each statement cycle in order to give points.
Ha I actually have a BILT card, cause my apartment switched to using BILT for rent lol
my apartment didn't use Bilt when I first got the card, but now they do!
