The "helicopter" always impresses if you can pull it off, but its usually pretty easy to guard because its difficult to do at speed. This one was exceptional though.
Ich glaube, ja😂

Where do you place your weaker players in a 3-2-1 formation?
Let me flip the question, what are the strengths of your weaker players? It's good to build on strengths!
FCMONING
do you maybe have a few drills to practice this on the training pitch? We have a maximum of 14 / 15 players each session. Would be great if you could help me out.
I would incorporate (unopposed & opposed) patterns of play drills as part of the warmup (really shouldn't make drills the focus of your session!), it would allow players to get a physical representation of what you are collectively looking for on the pitch. You would then want to design SSG's (7v7, 8v7 etc) based around a phase of play, or half pitch with goals in suitable locations for specific outcomes.
Very good tricks and tips thanks
Can you tell me which app is this?? it would be very helpful
Football Dood! Nice isn't it 🙂
Offside player 7
In SE Asia when we play 7 a side, there is usually no offside.
i want progame
May I share to my team?
Absolutely you can.
Good information but this video is gonna have you teaching bad habits when it comes to the offsides rule. Even if your 7v7 league doesn’t use offsides, it’s better to learn right so when you play everywhere else you won’t have to brake the bad habits.
I disagree. I think it teaches a better understanding of the attacking principles of play. Then when the offside rule is brought in, what an actually clever and useful rule it is for the team without the ball and how it can be used to better implement the defensive principles of play.
@@totalfootballschools I don’t know. Seems the striker is gonna find themselves getting called offsides a lot based on habit thinking he/she can just shoot deep behind the defense and wait for the ball. Better to continue the idea your already implemented in the backfield of passing into the open spaces where the advancing teammate can receive the ball freely.
@@McGuire2778 would you play futsal with an offside rule?
@@totalfootballschools 😂 😂 😂 mate, that’s like asking if you would play cricket with base stealing rules. 😂 😂 😂
nice
Thanks
Imma use this in house football
Question, which formation is better for having ball possession and controlling the game? Also, which one is more defensive? I’m playing with a few friends of my on soccer 7v7, but we are all fat and can’t run much. So I’m looking for a formation that can give us good ball possession while making us strong in the back
if you don't want to run it's better to play the 3-2-1 but the fullbacks would have to stay back, having 3 in the back 2 CM would make it easier to pass the ball around
I would say this 231 formation gives the best "spread" & therefore satisfies the attacking principles of play the best. However, I have been rethinking and developing an idea with a 321 formation and plan to make a new video around this. The usual trouble with 321 is that encourages high pressure on yourself and becomes very difficult to "get out". (Sorry for the late reply)
Great vid
Yoo five guys
5 a side formation guide drills we need
On it! (I'll see what I can do!) :)
Simple . . Guys

not the video but soccer
Nice analysis. I find 3-2-1 a really good way of dealing with 2-3-1. Does tend to make you a little deep though and getting up the pitch can be tough. You need a really strong, mobile striker to make it work well otherwise you're basically holding off the opposition and playing on the break.
I tend to agree, any time you place more places at the back, getting forward becomes tricky. I think considering it more as a 3-3 formation and ensuring the rotation of the front 3 is key here. (sorry for the late reply)
App? Thankyou ⚽❤️
appreciate u thank you lots of thinking to do
So many more natural diamonds in a 2-3-1 and be able to promote positional awareness and natural possession at a young age
100%! From a development perspective, 231 is the best in my opinion. I would then consider 321 as development on top of that whereby the center mid drops into a back three creating a rotation of positions. It's also "horses for courses." :) (sorry for the late reply)

Can you make some videos about the weaknesses as well as strengths of 7v7 formations and strategies . please
Interesting idea. I wish I'd seen this sooner (sorry for the late reply)
would you suggest this for kids? i have a group aged 10 and 9 years old, and im interested in implementing this tactic. thanks!
Absolutely, yes!
Im doing a 7aside tournament next month in palo alto, CA out here in the US. I plan on using this formation. Glad i found this when i did.
how did it go? any tips?
cooking with Berke we finished in 3rd. Had a ton of injuries though. It honestly isnt nearly as fast paced as it may seem. But definitely emphasize ball control
offsides ?
... there usually isn't offside in 7 a side (there hasn't been any in the tournaments we play in). If there is, then the instruction is the same for the striker to stay as far up the field, but in line with the last defender to remain onside. We then would need to coach player (striker) specific skills, such as how to make a curved run, timing of runs, movement for the defender and for the ball, etc.
