      Well, you can just use those leftovers for smaller sized objects. But yeah, cutting the individual frames in half and lay them out in a staggered manner, would reduce the amount of full size plywood sheets. 😊

    Just saw you put the black bms wire to the battery negative , I thought the blue wire was to the battery negative and black was out put to load . So how did this work out for you ? Always wondered just what would happen if they were reversed .

    What was the beam pattern like. Many of these non-DOT approved headlights have high intensity artefacts in nearfield/foreground which reduces distance vision and wastes light.
