Are you are you similar what you got but I do mine by wattage and amperage.... Cuz once you put a blade on that motor. It's going to draw more amperage.... Which and turn the motor is going to get hot... I need to find out the maximum wattage...😊 Then you can calculate the amperage of the ESC... And what size battery it would take.. and of course the for the blade.. or EDF...😊 Are you going to have to put something down there to pull a load on the motor and see what the motor can do...

Birds do not have fins! They are used to correct adverse yaw in roll. This was the solution that the Wright brothers used, a swept wind with wash out/wing twist has positive yaw in roll,. Any sticky up bits just add drag. The Horten brothers got it right!! Pure wing.
