  • Foxeer have made a pretty bold claim when they called the Foxeer Foxwhoop 25 "unbreakable". I'm going to test that and also take a look at why this is a drone I think is actually worth the money they're asking for it.

    I thought there are some benefits of the pusher config that you would explain... maybe that the props are out of view?
    Got the beta FPV pavo25 on my bench, but they sent me the kit. So I had to solder on tiny motor wires on a very small fc. Curious to see if it flies ;)
    Not sure if I will like these whoops as much as I like the 3.5 inch class... greets, Mario

    Would it be possible to fit an petrol os engine in a airliner jet turbine?
    I want to build a big private jet like the bombardier 7500, but I don't want to go electric for the engines, since I prefer gas engines, so would it be possible to fit 2 gas engines in the turbine ? / did anyone do it before?

    Great review Bruce!
    Quick question - having previously flown a DJI Phantom 4 for aerial surveying company, can you recommend something lower cost that can do same job? Primarily gimbal stabilized and straight down photo capture, ideally 15min+flight time. Currently watching TradeMe for DJI second hand great but would prefer going new. Thanks in advance.

      A Mavic Mini 2 would probably suit your needs.

    • @RCModelReviews
      @RCModelReviews  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes, the Mavic Mini 2 (and 3) are great little drones but a slightly larger drone would handle wind a bit better if you want a wider operating envelope. The other thing to consider is that DJI drones have geofencing which can sometimes be a right royal pain in the backside.
      I'm currently waiting on the arrival of an Autel drone which might also be suitable - review will be done within a week of its arrival (weather allowing).

    I have flown various "whoop" style quads I have yet to destroy any of them...knocked off a motor or broken props, but NO frame damage and no electronic parts lost...even the motors I knocked off still worked fine afterwards.....SO....to say unbreakable is a debatable claim for anything...LOL
