Have you tested this new pedal on the road, and in the city traffic? It seems to me that the gas pedal shouldn't be sticking out more than the brake and clutch pedals, and also that metallic sound when the pedal returns to its position and contacts the back plate is a no go.

How did you center the grey exterior plate and the backplate mounting it that way? The steel straps allow for adjustment in centering? I have seen a video from MED I think about this topic and they had to center those parts.

Very impressive power! On what size (cc) engine is this? I have a 1275cc MG Midget engine with HIF 44 SU in a 1970 Morris Minor Traveller and was thinking of ways to improve it a tad; even the local busses here can keep up with me on the hills!

The mounting holes on the speaker brackets are different on each side. Is there a wrong way to mount them? Will the factory have the same mounting holes? Where one is slightly oblong and the other circular?

Great video Cole, nicely explained, I used to teach Aeronautical Engineering and I can say that your content was excellent, and easily understood, I am involved with two new Car build projects at this time, which will make the use of the PD16 a must have. Although this technology is not cheap, it will revolutionise the method in the way that wiring will be performed in the future. By the way, I believe that Power distribution Systems in Homes and industry would benefit from this sort of technology, if its not already out there. Having low current switching, fault protection, and data logging as well as controlling the ins and outputs of 230 volt systems, would provide additional safety. The automation they bring will reduce complexity, hopefully if enough interest can be generated, it should have the cost of these devices coming down.

I’ve also used the cord method to install the windscreen on a mini - it’s a damn sight easier than installing the glass into the seal as you have done and literally takes two minutes. You just need a thick enough rounded cord to ensure you don’t rip the seal. It also appears to have less chance of cracking the windscreen during the install.

Great video - I'm noticing that there are many different sizes of wheel cylinders (3/4, 5/8, 1/2, 9/16, even seeing an 11/16 version). Are they marked somewhere on the part? Just trying to determine how these are measured/easily identified so that I can order the same part Thank you for the great videos.

Just installed the DS18 Tweeters in my 2021 Tacoma. I was pretty careful and took it slow. It was pretty easy thanks to the video. Took about an hour and had no issues. I was shocked on how good the DS18 tweeters made everything sound. Was going to also replace the front and back speakers but now I'm not sure if I even need to. What a difference.

My 1975 Clubman GT 1275cc made 90whp at 8psi on a DynoJet with super rich air/fuel and conservative timing. Using the Jet Motors turbo kit. That was two years ago ago it’s still running great.
