Thank you so much for the info! My original cycle crashed while I was transporting my media, so I am having to do a fish in cycle with some dwarf rasbora (eek!). It's been an absolute nightmare, with loosing two fish, ammonia burns, and failed spawning (so sad!). My two cents worth on ammolock: I did give ammonia lock a go - it really helped remove the ammonia. I went from 2ppm to less than 0.25ppm in about three weeks. So super effective product, but unfortunately not ideal for a cycle. I love your attitude by the way! You're awesome and so knowledgeable. Also the big fella in the background had me giggling - he wants in on the fun too!

Hi Michael, Im always watching your video's and i hear you "complaining" about trimming😂😂 but if you want to do yourself a big favour go almost to the bottom with your sciccors and clip it off. 😅😂😂i know what your are thinking you're Dutch dumbass🤣 But It makes the plants compacter to grow and less "shootings" and if you keep on doing it regularly you have a lot of healthy plants you can give away to friends or sell with your company! FYI: every other review video reviewing this product had nothing bad to say about it. 1. It is labeled as a gravel cleaner; this gentleman seems to just be vacuuming the bottom of a tank. 2. Everyone else who used it, maybe pressed the trigger 6 times MAX to get it to suction (perhaps this is a weaker fellow idk) 3. What he does not say in the video; the bucket that is getting the water drained into it has to be at least 20 inches lower than the tank so perhaps that effected the usage (try reading instructions) All on all id definitely give this product a try ,I have it, works great for what I need!

I put my guppies into the fish pond when it warms up. They breed like flies and aren't particularly bothered by the goldfish. Hard part is rounding up some of them to restock over winter in the fish room.
