Please don't take this the wrong way, but why would you do this to yourself? You were beautiful to begin with. I hope you recover fully and encourage you to love yourself as you are. Surgery should only be for medical necessities.

I had the same surgery 9 years ago! (I’m now 72.)Yes, and I was bruised also. That’s par for the course. Every surgery is different, but I never regretted it at all. I could see the the improvement through the stitches and bruising from the beginning. Was told to sleep on an incline until swelling dissipated also. Once the stitches were removed, I was so happy with the results. You should look beyond any residual swelling. It takes at time. Trust me you’re going to love the results. 💕

No its not only an animal it's so much more. I have had many and dogs especially. I had one from a few months to 17 years old. Almost the length of time one raises a child. I know from all those years and everyone's reaction to him reacting to me that whatever form of love a dog has for a human he had an overabundance for me. I've lost dogs to brain tumors, heart failure, cats to kidney disease and jaw cancer. Its heartbreaking every time. I know that I always followed my gut and when I didn't it was a mistake in all areas of life. No matter what choice you make, second guessing is something you won't escape. Even if in your heart you know its the right thing, you will always wonder and ask what if. It's the price we pay for loving so much. A few more months or a couple years is not worth putting an animal through things they cannot understand nor have a voice in. They aren't afraid to leave, we're afraid to let them go. Bless you in whatever choice you make and know there are many who understand the depth of emotions you are going through. Vicki

Hope you are recovering well. I think Sweed is a tubing mascara, hold a cotton round soaked in just warm water which will break the mascara down. Make up remover doesn’t work with this formula x

Btw, I’ve had this done but mine was very painful. The itching drove me crazy until the doc suggested ice compresses. What a relief! Don’t be afraid due to my pain, tho… I have many medical problems. I have Marfan syndrome and have had 18 eye surgeries. So, not the normal patient…

Nisha you look grea. I had the same surgery you had as a 60th bday presto myself. You are healing really well. It is a process so be patient with it. You will have swelling for a few months but everything is worth the final result. You will look back and wonder why you were worried ar all. I had no pain at all with mine either which is amazing when you first see yourself in the mirror. Thanks for sharing your journey

Your eyes looks great. The healing is remarkable! Red light therapy is helping I'm sure. I had my upper eyelids done when I was 43 and a strong skin peel for my dark circles. My left eye needed to be redone slightly about 6 months later. It was the best thing I ever did. I'm 68 now and my eyes still look great 😊

After watching you forever , I Find I'm Very disappointed. One week you're talking about skin care routines and make up for hooded eyes and then you're having eye surgery. I have found that you no longer cater for the average woman. Not everyone can afford surgery to improve their looks or the very expensive skin care products, clothing and accessories you recommend.

I had a quadruple blepharoplasty 18 years ago and while it helped with droopy upper eyelids, the operation completely changed the expressiveness of my eyes in a way I've never been satisfied with. Healing was a roller coaster ride of ups and downs, too.
