- About 3 weeks ago (before my eye surgery) I talked with Bev Sanderson founder of Maysama about the benefits of Red light therapy. It was very interesting and I have learnt so much. One thing that surprised me the most was the fact that red light therapy can help with wound healing. Your surgery looks very successful! You were always gorgeous but I’m so glad you took the initiative to do what you felt was best for you!
I have used Red light therapy for some years - started with a mask and then read that it also could help with arthritis. I started using my mask on my hip (where I have arthritis) and it actually helped. Then I bought at big panel and after a week of using it my arthritis pain was 95% gone. Pretty amazing. I do not use the Maysama serum as it is very expensive but I use a green tea serum on my face, and I have seen a difference since I started using it.

Good morning Nisha, enjoyed watching your recovery brings me back to when I had mine. It did take just about two weeks. I too had Eye exercises. I had to do four times a day because I just had the bottom of my eyes done, and I had to rub where my eyelashes were very gently back-and-forth for about a minute or two I also had to stay overnight and I had to see him once a week for a month, and then after that, I had to see him once every month until September my eye surgery was in March… great surgeon. His name was Dr. Sheldon seminar. He was from Massachusetts now residing on the East Coast in Florida. I am sure he is retired by now. And like I said every day, I am so happy I had that done back in 1992 never looked back. You will be so happy with the results. I just know it! Cannot wait to put eyeshadow on! it will be wonderful😁

Wow, you are healing quickly and well...the red light therapy may well be having some good assistance... I remember mum had a red light ray lamp, it was used on the surgery scar when she got infection and then it wouldn't heal afterwards... it helped.. this must be the modern version of that.

Hi Nisha, you look great and I'm so glad that you are healing well! I became drawn into red light therapy here in the states by my acupuncturist. I have been dealing with eczema flare ups and some hair loss due to stress. Anyway, she added the red light therapy to my session as an add-on to my treatment, and I'm happy to say that my hair is growing back and my skin condition has improved dramatically. Red light therapy is now one of my new favorite treatments!

That's because this vlog was pre-recorded, as in before her surgery. If you listen again you will hear Bev say "good luck for your surgery" it was pretty obvious all through the vlog

Hi Nisha, I am so very happy for you, you are absolutely glowing with joy. You look beautiful without any eye makeup. I am still confused as to whether or not red light therapy causes pigmentation. It just is not clear to me, maybe if you have a moment you could explain to me. I truly understand that you are busy. Thank you
It is just anecdotal but it could if that's what you are prone to. Every Red light therapy device has red light and near infrared light and it is the near infrared that can trigger pigmentation. That's why Maysama devices are so good because you can switch off the infrared and just use the red alone which still will give you antiaging benefits. I am quite prone to hyperpigmentation (I had melasma sfter pregnancy) but these devices didn't cause my pigmentation to come back. I hope that helped x

Interesting. I’d like to see red light therapy available for surgical and medical recovery ( such as radiation) be covered through health insurance. For personal vanity it is pricey but for those that can afford to try it, why not?!?

Hi Nisha! Wow you truly look amazing. Seriously gorgeous. What an interesting video. I am interested in getting of the panels for my dad to see if it could possibly help with his taste buds. He didn’t lose taste sensation but ever since he had a very small stroke his taste buds were messed up and now anything he eats tastes horrible. He can barely stand to eat and has to force himself. He has lost so much weight and one of the joys in his life was eating and now it’s gone. His doctors say that there is nothing you can do but I did look into it and it said that red light therapy could possibly help.. I am hoping I can email Beth and maybe she could tell me a little bit more about it. Thank you so much for this video and I can’t wait for your next one!

After watching you forever , I Find I'm Very disappointed. One week you're talking about skin care routines and make up for hooded eyes and then you're having eye surgery. I have found that you no longer cater for the average woman. Not everyone can afford surgery to improve their looks or the very expensive skin care products, clothing and accessories you recommend.
That's OK, I am sure you will find other CZcamsrs you relate to. I don't live my life for other people and I am not going to stop doing what make me happy. My videos were always honest and I am very open about everything I do. Sorry to see you go.
