Hi Nisha! Dr Google has made me anxious many times so I don't search anymore! It increased my anxiety level! Always nice to see Louis on his walks! He made me laugh when I heard him snoring! My shi tzu used to snore a lot and I found that very funny! I wore a lot of jewelry when I was a teenager. But as I'm almost always at home now, I only wear rings and earrings. Fun little project idea for your tea caddy. To cut out ‘labels’ from pretty card or stiff paper in a neutral colour perhaps, to fit in the fronts of the compartments (as you did with the wrappers from your Lady Grey tea) and use an old-fashioned script ,by hand or from the internet to indicate the various tea categories (herbal, fruit etc). It would give the the uniform look you want and be attractive too!
George Clooney had brain fluid draining!😂 My nose has always done this. I realized in my 40's that if I blow my nose when it runs, it helps BUT my doesn't sting. My brother is a nurse and he's always said just a saline nose spray is great for sinuses. Loved how Louie was looking at Paul❤

Many years ago, my husband was punched in the eye by thieves when he went to get money from a teller machine one evening. It was a tremendous punch and he had a shocking black eye. In the days that followed, liquid began to drip out of his nose so he went to see an ophthalmologist who determined that his eye socket had been smashed from the blow. He needed an operation to wire the bones back together. I'm just telling you because, for his brain to leak fluid, he had to get a severe injury. Hopefully you are just like me, and, when anything irritates your nose, or it even feels cold, just one nostril runs. All the best.
How dreadful...and I bet they were never caught or punished!! A young lad went to aid an old lady who was being robbed at the ATM by a black girl here in Australia, she kicked him in the chest and stopped his heart!! They were near the hospital and someone ran to emergency so a doctor and some nurses ran out there, but by the time they got there, he had not been breathing or heart pumping for some time, (they saved him) but he got brain damage, went from a law student to having to be cared for by his parents, she got 6mths in jail!!! Appalling the lack of justice in our legal system these days!!!😢😢😢😢😢
No better in the USA either. Stupid crimes get the book thrown at serious crimes a slap on the wrist!

That tea holder is very nice. Some of my tea bags don't come with that envelope so I end up keeping the box, but I found this small round jar to put all the other tea bags that have the outside cover in that. When we were in England, the cottage we stayed at had this electrical kettle that heated up in about a minute! I loved it. Louie as always is adorable and those trees look so perfect with the branches evenly spread all over, I happen to love seeing trees and try to identify them here in upstate NY. I too google so much just to learn something new but then I end up forgetting what I read!

Hi Nisha I had the same nose drip all the time, went to gp she diagnosed nasal drip and told me to use a sinus rinse daily which I did and it’s really helped I use a Neil Med bottle with the sachets, let the water cool right down! I found the inhalers made it worse but your gp will give you the best advice. Oh the snoring 😂😂 Love to Louie❤

Nisha use his lick mats to clean your makeup brushes. I bet that would work.
sinus issues....wet ice pack over eyes, sinus area for 10 min a few times a day will help....cold takes out the inflamation and allows sinus to drain and heal.
I suffered sinus problems, dripping nose and crippling head / eye pain for 2 years. Countless sprays, antibiotics, trips to specialists, they even gave me a balloon contraption that I had to blow up one nostril at a time! Inhaling salt water was the only thing that gave me temporary relief. Finally in desperation I went to see a homeopath, one visit and I was cured for good! X

It's just my hubby Russ and I now with our little Maltese boy Choo Choo. Both kids went to college and got married.
I do miss them but at the same time, I'm thoroughly enjoying our small family now with just Russ and Choo Choo! We do whatever we want to do at anytime we want. I do get a bit melancholy at time, missing my Son Chad and daughter Celeste. But when I get like that, my hubby says, Come on, lets take Choo Choo and go for dinner at our Pub, (well, the US version! Of a Pub!) Choo loves it because they always give him treats!

What about a canned squeeze cheese spread? That's how I give my dog his tablets. It's cheap and would spread easily on that lick mat. Just a thought!
Never heard of cheese spread apart from cream cheese, Louis loves cheese so I might look for that but I bet it is a bit fattening lol x
Good morning Nisha, i too drink a lot of tea, but my tea is in a glass with ice and it is sweet, we Southerns have to drink it that way. Sweet tea in the South is wine to us, lol. I think a lot of people visit Dr Goggle, he's not very reliable always though. 😊 I just watched BBC Musketeers Nisha, and i loved that series. I thought the actors are very handsome. I truly love England and my British son-in-law made sure we felt at home. They will be visiting us also here in Texas at the end of the month. Hi Nisha, I loved all your looks in this vlog, you are always so well put together - even for the gym! Have you tried a daily saline rinse for your sinus? It usually alleviates the dripping, and is good for rinsing any allergens or irritants from the sinuses. Hope it's resolved soon!
Enjoyed your blog. Always do, but I got so tickled today. Ha! Love seeing your walks and surrounding sites. Your nasal drip sounds so familiar. After years of it I finally got a diagnosis of ‘silent reflux’. I have no other symptoms. Taking Omeprazole nightly has helped greatly. Have a wonderful week!

Hi Nisha, I do the same with the Google diagnosis. 😂 Anyway, my left nostril is always running, and my Dr. said I have a deviated septum, so thought that may be the cause, and also allergies too. I’ve never heard of leaking brain fluid before, and since you’ve never had a severe head injury, it may just be a simple sinus problem. 🙏🏻 I love the jewelry, so pretty ! Your outfit for going to coffee with your friend is so cute ! Sometimes the things we’ve had the longest look just as nice as new ! Louie snoring, is priceless ! 💞

I have had the same thing with the leaking on one side of my nose recently, sometimes like a waterfall! I was worried after googlimg it, my doctor never mentioned the test.
I’m sitting here at Einstein Bros bagels having a breakfast sandwich, sipping on some vanilla hazelnut coffee and watching g your video. It’s kinda like enjoying breakfast with a friend. I’m sure people are looking at me funny when they see me laughing and I’m alone lol 😆 And, omg the closeup of Louis napping and snoring is just too cute. He’s adorable 🥰

I laughed when you said Louis only likes pate. My granddaughter’s favourite is pate and Brie. She’s three!They’re high class!!
I also have a runny nose sometimes. I have used a nasal spray with iodine in it (not the ones with menthol or other ingredients) that has really helped me. I also watched a video about silent reflux where the person said you can stop the runny nose and mucus in the throat by using a little baking soda in water and spraying it in your nose. I have not tried this last thing yet, but I’m going to try this too.
Really enjoy your Monday vlog accompanied by a cup of tea. Love Lady Grey but it's so expensive now so it's good old PG Tips or Tetley these days. Have you tried the Geek and Gorgeous Mighty Melt cleansing balm? Fragrance free, works like a dream and is only about £12 a tub.
Not yet but I have bought a few Geek and Gorgeous products but never noticed the balm so I will buy it next time I place an order. x
I think it looks great I'm a big tea drinker the tea I is Barry's tea from Ireland and I do like the Yorkshire tea but Barry's is the best.

I'm in the health care field. Most patients go online to diagnose themselves. Remember this.....not everything on the internet is factual. Our minds were not meant to worry about things constantly.....enjoy your life and try not to worry so much. Most of the time our worries are much worse than what is actually happening. You don't have to believe everything you think. Look at your dog, Louis, he doesn't worry about things, he just lives in the moment.

I have had chronic sinusitis most of my life. I also have a chronic runny nose. The doctor prescribed Atrovent. It reduces the amount of mucus. Two sprays morning and night. Works wonderfully.

I'm still amazed at the fact that we can ask any question & get an answer in seconds?! 🤯 I think that's why I don't like to talk on the phone anymore, I rather find whatever I'm thinking about online!! Plus the questions I have nobody knows, silly things like every time I watch something where the actor is from, married, how many kids, how old, last movie or series, just random noiseness 😌 I have to go through my makeup as well, it never ends! What bothers me is how much I change what I use from season to season (and forget about), I can't tell you how many times I look at a product in an off season and think WHY the heck did I buy that?? Then in the middle of a different season I go looking for the exact product I thought was crazy?! 🥴 I still haven't tried the Natasha or Haus concealer because I was mad at myself for having so many open ones. Not to mention the ten open color correctors I'm not even sure I need... But recently I've convinced myself I can get ONE, but which one?? Exactly what causes me to get both, the indecision!! Maybe the Natasha cause she sent me a $15 coupon (smart 😁). Ok, thanks for sharing xo 🤍
