Yet Orlando is still priced a higher than these homes. Don’t worry though, this channel showcases many options and opportunities in different cities. Is there a certain city you are interested in?

I am interested in a half acre with this home on it…would this builder build this if I wanted it on a half acre?

@@jeff1924 CDD stands for Community a Development District. To keep it simple, it is a special purpose government entity created to finance and manage infrastructure and services for a community. They are used by large or master planned communities to provide and maintain amenities, roads, parks, landscaping, and recreational areas. It is a fee charged yearly on top of the monthly HOA.

Ocala has a lot of great opportunities to offer for those who want to take advantage of them. It’s definitely one of the few cities providing reasonably priced new construction homes. I personally would add an outside kitchen myself that would include several cooking choices (bbq, smokers, stove, etc). I would also extend the lanai to accommodate for more family members/guests so we could enjoy the outdoors. I have two boys so I’d either add a pool or something for them to be entertained with. @@chowmomof2 hello and thank you for watching the tour, and for your support. I appreciate the time you took to leave your feedback. The tub is a hit or miss with some folks. Some want them, a lot really don’t anymore. I could see something else being put in that space for sure if the tub is removed. The half bath in the flex room was a little interesting to me. In this case I guess you would have to tell guests to use that half bath if the full bath between the two bedrooms is being used 🤷🏻‍♂️. At the end of the video I do mention that the home has been on the market for quite some time now. Two things come to mind when this occurs. One, it is over priced. Two, there is something wrong with the house. In this case I do believe it is slightly over priced. They may need to consider entertaining offer under the asking price. @@brendawheeler6690 yes the kitchen is my favorite feature within the home also. I enjoy cooking. This kitchen would be excellent for making big meals. This one is on city water going in, but septic going out like most homes built on spot lots within the area. I’m guessing you’re not a fan of the septic tanks?

@@Robbie88 thank you for watching the tour. From my understanding flood insurance isn’t required for every home in Florida. The homes in Marion Oaks are zoned X, meaning not a flood zone. You would have to confirm with an insurance provider for a specific home address.

@iamjosegreyes Understandable. The rolling hills are spectacular and so unexpected. It's grown a lot since my brother lived there. People think it's crowded, but come drive in Miami. 🙂

@@askssk715 I think that anyone used to a certain environment, crowded or not crowded, has a hard time with change. But yes I think a trip to Miami may put things into perspective. But Clermont and Minneola are top choices for me personally. It makes you feel like you’re living in another state if you’ve lived in other cities that are mostly flat.

To be honest a lot of folks are coming up from Miami due to how congested it has become along with its affordability issue. Ocala isn’t anything like Miami, but many have visited and decided to make it home. Plenty of options for new construction, but they do move quite fast because of their affordability. @@iamjosegreyes Need to get up there to visit the area. My husband was born and raised here in Miami and I've lived here since I was 5. So yes, we've seen it change and it's ridiculously overcrowded. Our daughter graduated from UCF and now lives in Clermont. Not sure about timing, but definitely Ocala is on our radar. Seems like an up and coming area.

@@askssk715 yes many families I’ve been able to help move from Miami have told me more or less the same about Miami. You wouldn’t have any issues selling down there because houses fly off the market. I would suggest taking a day or two to visit Ocala. It’s steadily growing, more now than ever. There is a lot of growth coming to the city. Yet they will conserve the equestrian aspect of it which is what Ocala is best known for. Hello and thank you for watching the tour. These homes in their Bold series are built on 60ft lots. They are spacious. Trust me the video doesn’t do it justice. Very beautiful home! For the price getting 5 bedrooms, including the in-law suite, plus the bonus room. Great option.
