Nice house
I like this house the way it is. I would add a lanai and a fence around the back yard. For the shower, a glass half wall would be nice, but could be added later. I also like the fact that there are no restrictions (HOA).

Can someone explain to me why the electrical line is not buried in the ground since this is a new home?
Thatâs a good question Jason. Great observation. Builderâs choice? Most of the newer construction homes will have buried electrical lines within the area.
I really like this home at that price point. Unfortunately, I am not ready to buy, but when i am this is what i will be looking for.

Is this in a flood zone? Heard even if you live in the mountains of Florida you are still required to have flood insurance?

@@lennykibbs260 from what Iâve read, if the replacement costs of a property were exceed $600k, the owner of such property may be required to obtain flood insurance. Please verify that. Iâm not an insurance provider, Iâm just basing what I say on what Iâve read. Policies can change. I havenât had any clients tell me they have had issues with home insurance once they purchase in Ocala.

I do believe there are internet and cable providers servicing this area like comcast, xfinity, etc.

Not any place I would live. My best friend lives in Florida no one on her street can afford home owners insurance
