Ocala is soo affordable. I wish it was closer to the city.
Hello and thank you for watching the tour and leaving a comment. I appreciate your support. You are right!! Ocala is very affordable for what you get. Beautiful new homes with a good size lot. It is at an hour and 20 mins from Orlando. Not a bad drive, but then again I am used it. Thanks again for the support, let me know if I can help you find your home in any city in Florida. Take care and stay safe!
Not so affordable, just not so outrageously overpriced.
Beautiful home and finishes and a great size to downsize to. If I knew I could easily find a job, we would move up from Miami. We are on septic here, but unsure how I feel about well water. Seems the easy part might be finding one of these lovely new builds. Who's the builder on this one?
Hello and thank you for watching the tour. I appreciate your support and for leaving your comment. To be honest a lot of folks are coming up from Miami due to how congested it has become along with its affordability issue. Ocala isnât anything like Miami, but many have visited and decided to make it home. Plenty of options for new construction, but they do move quite fast because of their affordability. These homes are built by investors and contractors within the area. Please give me a call if I can further assist you with your relocation. Iâd be happy to do so. Take care and stay safe.
@@iamjosegreyes Need to get up there to visit the area. My husband was born and raised here in Miami and I've lived here since I was 5. So yes, we've seen it change and it's ridiculously overcrowded. Our daughter graduated from UCF and now lives in Clermont. Not sure about timing, but definitely Ocala is on our radar. Seems like an up and coming area.
@@askssk715 yes many families Iâve been able to help move from Miami have told me more or less the same about Miami. You wouldnât have any issues selling down there because houses fly off the market. I would suggest taking a day or two to visit Ocala. Itâs steadily growing, more now than ever. There is a lot of growth coming to the city. Yet they will conserve the equestrian aspect of it which is what Ocala is best known for. Let me know if I can help you, or if youâd like to get on a phone call and discuss Ocala or other cities in central Florida.
