A nice simple house and good presentation, but I noticed there is no windows in any of the bath rooms to get light and fresh air in them . that means it would suffer from moisture, mold and mildew

Is this in Marion Oaks community? Isn't it deed restricted, which has some of the same attributes of an HOA, just with the HOA monetary cost.
Marion Oaks like most master planned communities is deed restricted. Deed restrictions is what homeowners look for to maintain their property value. Some of the deed restrictions of Marion Oaks are that homes smaller than 1,000 square feet are not allowed as well as pre-manufactured homes or trailers as they are often referenced. Deed restricted communities also advise homeowners when lawns are not maintained or are an eye soar for the community.
Marion Oaks does not have an HOA, nor do they have a CDD, you may visit the Civic Associations website at www.moca1973.org/ (www.moca1973.org/)
