@@Maryerealtor In a house that nice I would have liked to see a little bigger bathroom in the principal suite with a double vanity and maybe a water closet. That way two people can utilize it at the same time. It is a beautiful house however, great find.
No HOA is a strong selling point. Those with HOAs are a bit like indentured servants in their own homes. looking good.
