Hello Jodi and thank you for watching this tour. I hope you enjoyed it. There was a home with 2 suites on the market not too long ago but it went under contract right away. I can contact the seller and see if there are more coming to the area soon.
We are looking not ready to buy we currently live in land o Lakes, it’s getting over crowded. We own our home in Lennar Suncoast meadows.
@@jodibarlow7975 that’s not a problem Jodi. It is always good to see what your options are in other areas so you can establish a strategic plan once you are ready to move. A lot of families have been leaving the cities they have lived in for years due to overcrowding. Many average chosen Ocala as their new home due to affordability. In the meantime, I’d be happy to answer any questions you have or look for homes close to a criteria you’d be interested in.
@@iamjosegreyes 👍 Looking for large rooms with Walkin showers for both suites ranch style only covered lanai. Kitchen island no carpet 3+ bed 3+ bath 2+ garage will have my 84 yr active mother with me & husband.

Hello and thank you for watching the tour. I appreciate the support. The guest bath is actually a decent size once you see it in person. Builders try to use the space efficiently to provide 4 bedrooms that are decent sizes. But how did you like the rest of the home?
A little too open for me. I do not want to be glaring at my kitchen as I enter the house. Want my kitchen to be a bit more private.

There are some builders that still provide some separation from the front entrance within this area. I’d be happy to show you some of those options.
